Harvey Milk，一位同性恋权利活动家和政治家，是第一个当选加利福尼亚州公职的公开同性恋者。MILK是基于他的政治生涯的自传电影，他努力确保同性恋者的权利在美国法律中被承认和尊重。电影放映之后，主讲嘉宾Michael Liu，中国国际法倡议创始人兼董事以及提倡中国同性恋权利的倡导者将主持讨论。

This program will be conducted in English. The film has Chinese subtitles.

Harvey Milk, a gay rights activist and politician, was the first openly gay person to be elected to public office in California.  MILK is the autobiographical film based on Harvey Milk's life during his political career and struggle to ensure that the rights of gay people were recognized and respected under American law.  This film showing will be followed by a guest speaker, Michael Liu, the founder and director of Chinese Initiative on International Law and an advocate for the advancement of rights of gay people in China.

This program is not suitable for children under 6 .

You must bring a valid photo ID in order to get into our Center.  No large bags will be allowed into the Beijing American Center (BAC) for this event.
