总统内阁是什么？这项设置源自于哪里？简而言之，美国总统的内阁是他的最资深的顾问。总统内阁的主要成员是联邦政府各个行政部门的部长，他们在国内外政策的制定和实施过程中起到关键作用。为了解释美国政府这项设置重要性，上海美国中心邀请您参加关于美国总统内阁的讲座。讲座将讨论总统内阁的历史、它们在过去两个半世纪中的变化和内阁对于美国政策的影响。

What is thePresident’s cabinet?  Where did the idea comefrom?  At its simplest, the President’s cabinetare his most senior advisors.  Most are the heads of federal executivedepartments and play pivotal roles in the formulation and implementation of allU.S. policy, both domestic and foreign. To explain this vital part of the USgovernment, we invite you to join us at the Shanghai American Center as we hostan evening talk and discussion on the history of presidential cabinets, theirevolution over the past two and a half centuries, and the role they play inU.S. policy.
