讲者简介：龙青松，布依族。2004年获得美国福特国际奖学金；2007年，成为美国阿肯色大学访问学者；2012年，获得美国洛克菲勒基金；2012年5月，美国哥伦比亚大学图书馆为他建立工作和学术档案。现任贵州省布依学会、贵州省人类学会副秘书长，贵州考试院民族语言考官，兴义民族师范学院教授。

龙青松为地方政府成功申报38个黔西南州非物质文化遗产名录，14个贵州省非物质文化遗产名录，2个国家级非物质文化遗产名录；编制《南北盘江红水河布依族文化生态保护区规划》，为地方政府策划“三月三”布依族文化节等大型活动，主持了地方非物质文化遗产普查和文物普查。

Speaker:   Mr. Long Qingsong  is currently the Deputy Secretary General of the Guizhou Buyi Society and the Guizhou Anthropology Society; the native language examiner of the Guizhou Examinations Institute, and Professor of Xingyi Normal University of Nationalities.  In 2007, he won the Ford International Scholarship; he was a visiting scholar at University of Arkansas in 2012 and received the Rockefeller Fund of the U.Sin May 2012.

 Long Qingsong successfully created a complete list of thirty-eight Qianxi Nanzhou national intangible cultural heritage for the local government, a list of fourteen Guizhou provincial intangible cultural heritage and a list of two national intangible cultural heritage.  He drafted "The Cultural Ecological Protection Zone Planning of Red River Buyi in Nanbeipan River Area", planned the "March Three" Buyi Cultural Festival and other large-scale activities for the local government. He also presided over the census of local intangible cultural heritage and the census of cultural relics.
