Two classic American cartoon heroes that have been forgotten in this century are Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse.  Courageous Cat was based on the better known characters Batman and Robin.  Batman creator Bob Kane drew “Courageous,” as he was known by his sidekick Minute Mouse.  The cat and mouse duo had human features like walking on two legs and the ability to speak.
