中国美国商会医疗卫生工作组代表团访问天津

Healthcare Industry Group Delegation Visits Tianjin

7与5日，中国美国商会医疗卫生委员会与医疗卫生合作项目 (HCP) 代表团到访天津，期间商会总裁何迈可携20多家医疗会员企业代表拜会天津市药品监督管理局与天津市医保局。

On July 5, a delegation from AmCham China’s Healthcare Committee and US-China Healthcare Cooperation Program (HCP) visited Tianjin to meet with the Tianjin Medical Products Administration Bureau and the Tianjin Healthcare Security Bureau. AmCham China President Michael Hart led the group of over 20 member companies.

当天上午，商会代表团拜会了天津市药品监督管理局副局长邹刚和该局其他代表，21名会员企业代表出席了会议。每位企业代表围绕运营情况进行介绍，反映了各自的关切并提出问题。

In the morning, the delegation met with Zou Gang, Deputy Director General of the Tianjin Medical Product Administration Bureau along with other representatives from the Bureau. 21 member company representatives attended the meeting and each were able to directly communicate with the officials to express concerns and ask questions.

当天下午，商会代表团拜会了天津市医保局副局长张铁军。由商会总裁何迈可带领的23名会员企业代表于会议期间同卫生局张铁军副局长开展了富有成果的对话，反映了各自关切与建设性意见，并借此机会进一步加深了对当前政策的理解。

For the afternoon session, the group met with the Healthcare Security Bureau and its Deputy Executive Director General Zhang Tie Jun. The delegation, again led by Hart, comprised of 23 member company representatives. During the meeting, the group engaged in a fruitful dialogue with members given the opportunity to directly communicate with officials to further their understanding of current policies.

中国美国商会天津举办年度政府答谢会

Tianjin Hosts Annual Government Appreciation Reception

7月5日，中国美国商会天津举办了以 “引育外资新动能，助力制造业立市” 为主题的年度天津市政府答谢会。 答谢会以参观会员企业在津投资发展成果展示开启，与天津市政府对话会共叙天津发展，以政企晚餐交流会完美收官。

On July 5, AmCham China, Tianjin held its annual Tianjin Government Appreciation Dinner with the theme” Encourage New Dynamism of Foreign Investment, Enhance a Booming Manufacturing City.” The evening reception capped an afternoon of activities which included a dialogue with the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government.

中国美国商会总裁何迈可与中国美国商会天津主席马柯陪同天津市商务局副局长何智能以及相关委办局领导共同参观了与活动主题相契合的生产制造产业链展示区，聆听了10家会员企业在津发展的成功案例及未来规划。

In honor of this year’s theme, the event began with AmCham China President Michael Hart. AmCham China, Tianjin Chairman Marcus Williams, Tianjin Bureau of Commerce Deputy Director General He Zhineng, and other government officials, walking through the event exhibition area which showcased the development of Tianjin’s manufacturing industry. The exhibit featured contributions from member companies, with 10 company representatives joining to deliver speeches.

参观结束后，来自天津市政府的13个政府部门与中国美国商会代表展开对话会。会议期间，中国美国商会总裁何迈可向天津市人民政府递送了2022年《美国企业在中国白皮书》。 中国美国商会和天津市政府都强调了美资企业对天津的重要性，以及对未来投资天津的共同期望。

Following the exhibition, the AmCham China team was joined by representatives from 13 departments of the Tianjin Municipal Government. During the meeting, Hart delivered the 2022 American Business in China White Paper (White Paper) to the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government. Both AmCham China and the government officials in attendance stressed the importance of American businesses to Tianjin and their joint hope for future investment.

对话会后，150位嘉宾出席了在天津丽思卡尔顿酒店举办的招待晚宴。晚宴由天津茱莉亚音乐学院的四重奏演出拉开序幕。随后，何迈可与马柯向天津市12个政府部门分别递送了2022年《美国企业在中国白皮书》 :

The day ended with the Appreciation Dinner Reception Banquet. 150 guests joined the reception at the Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin. A quartet performance courtesy of the Tianjin Julliard School opened the banquet, after which Hart and Williams delivered the White Paper to 12 Tianjin Municipal Government Departments:

• Tianjin Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration

• Tianjin Medical Products Administration

• Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau

美国驻华大使尼古拉斯·伯恩斯发表了预先录制的主题演讲，对天津市政府向美资企业提供的一切帮助致以崇高的谢意。天津市商务局副局长何智能随后发表讲话，感谢中国美国商会多年来构筑企业和政府的沟通桥梁。演讲结束后，嘉宾们共享美食，相谈甚欢。 

Following the White Paper deliveries, the evening’s keynote speech was delivered by US Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns who spoke in pre-recorded remarks.  After that, the Tianjin Bureau of Commerce Deputy Director General He Zhineng gave remarks. In his remarks, He stressed his appreciation of the Chamber’s work as a bridge between foreign companies and the government. After the speeches wrapped up, guests were free to enjoy the banquet dinner and mingle with the Tianjin business community and government representatives.
