• 工作职责：- Assist with the hiring, on boarding and administration of interns, including organization of learning events and town hall meetings;
- Conduct research of internship practices across international organizations and identification of best practices;
- Contribute to preparation and review of documents, including guidelines, reports, meeting minutes, newsletters, etc.;
- Support the launch and maintenance of social media accounts and initiatives as well as with the creation of new internship external and internal webpages;
- Help with the streamlining of the internship programme both at HQ and in the field;
- Create surveys; analyse data and create reports/presentations using various platforms related to various areas of human resources management;
- Perform additional projects/duties as required.

• 工作职责：- Creates, produces and edits outreach videos for distribution on global social media channels and UN intranet.
- Supports HRMS in the design, layout and editing of promotional and informational material, for example, PowerPoint presentations, short videos, flyers and infographics.
- Assists in the electronic dissemination of information; prepares, maintains and updates HRMS' web pages, including graphics and photo/video editing.
- Translates raw data from surveys and/or reports into attractive graphics and charts.
- Identifies, collates and prepares new materials for inclusion on the website by: researching various information sources and cross-checking information with author offices as required.
- Posts documents on the HRMS website; sets up and updates indexes of documents and ensures the appropriate directory location, etc.

- Assists in the design, compilation and research of content, copyediting and posting of the monthly electronic HRMS Newsletter on SharePoint.
- Supports the engagement of prospective UNOV/UNODC Interns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Creates and designs static and animated digital content as necessary.

• 工作职责：- Engage with and support Chinese companies whose business is relevant to forest risk commodities with a focus on palm oil to improve their awareness of deforestation risks; Recruit them as CDP Forest Supply Chain Partnership to manage and remove the deforestation risk from their supply chain; Share the best practice and lessons learned.- Establishing, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with relevant sustainability and procurement managers as well as policy stakeholders, trade associations, industry working groups and other organizations working on the sustainable supply chain and procurement field.- Develop annual project work plan, manage, and implement the CDP’s sustainable palm oil supply chain project; Collaborate with internal and external project partners on intelligence, assessment, and situational analysis as well the project report.- Develop and host multi stakeholder dialogue events, workshops, webinars, and conferences.- Coordinate with Global Project Lead and China Forest Program, provide update reports according to the demand, and technical supports to CDP forest related projects as required.
