一.应用商店运营编辑(1-2名）

职位要求：

• 1. 计算机相关专业，本科以上学历；

• 2. 1-2年工作经验，具备Android应用市场或苹果Appstore运营经验者优先；

• 3. 熟悉Android应用各大市场，对Android应用有较为深入的了解；

• 4. 文字能力较强，经常能够在不同渠道发现好玩、好用的应用，对android应用有良好的品位；

• 5. 认真负责，对工作积极主动，能承受较强的工作压力，善于内外沟通与团队合作；

• 6. 喜爱Android/iOS应用，并了解MIUI系统。

岗位职责：

• 1. 定期策划小米应用商店推荐内容，通过制作专题策划活动提高应用商店用户活跃度；

• 2. 能够通过数据分析运营效果，并找到优化方案；

• 3. 能够胜任小米应用商店应用审核测试工作；

• 4. 能够及时的发现新应用；

• 5. 定期编写应用、游戏评测文章，发布到MIUI论坛和极客秀。

二.应用商店运营编辑（英文）（2-3名）

职位要求：

• 1. 一年以上运营经验，条件优秀的应届毕业生亦可考虑；

• 2. 英语精通（专八优先），有较强的听说读写能力；

• 3. 对手机应用及互联网比较了解，感兴趣 ；

• 4. 思维敏捷，洞察力强，文字功底扎实；

• 5. 能承受较大的工作压力 。

岗位职责：

• 1. 负责应用商店日常运营工作；

• 2. 负责与国外开发者沟通，帮助其解决进入中国市场遇到的问题 ；

• 3. 负责小米开发者站相关文档、流程的翻译 ；

• 4. 负责参与应用商店国外开发者策略的制定和执行；

• 5. 负责接待来访的国外开发者 。
