FLO's new concept - F Bistronome or FB- opened 1 year ago at China World Mall new district and already becomes one of the most popular restaurants in Beijing. F Bistronome is awarded as “The Best New Restaurant of the Year 2017” by That's Beijing magazine. 

FB is all about reflecting an authentic home dining experience: a mother lovingly crafting whole some food from traditional recipes that have been passed down from grandmother to mother, through the generations. 

说到福楼毕斯罗（F Bistronome）的名字来源，也非常有深意。Bistro最初起源的巴黎，一般是指那些提供热情洋溢菜品的酒馆。近年来，名厨们纷纷染指Bistro, 出于对天然好食材的敏感和理解，简化了法式大餐的形式感，烹饪出热情简洁而不失优雅的菜肴。由此诞生了一个新的用餐概念——Bistronome, 而这个词正是酒馆Bistro和法国大餐Gastronome的结合。

Different from formal French cuisine, FB focuses more on the passionate French spirit of partager (sharing) and l’art de vie (the art of living).

Bonne Maman Sandrine出生于沐浴阳光和活力的普罗旺斯，她将首次携手福楼毕斯罗于4月19日至22日为大家带去南法海岸的艳阳！Sandrine从小就对烹饪充满了热情，常常跟随着祖母和父母进入厨房，探索不同食材的奥妙，她将与食材之间的亲密对话都记录在册，时常回味，将这些记忆感重组，成为自己的特有食谱。

A Provençal native, Sandrine Delabrière created a special Mediterranean menu available at F Bistronome from April 19th-22nd! Born and raised in Marseille, France, Sandrine has been cooking from a young age, learning recipes from her great-grandmothers, grandmothers, and parents.  As soon as she could write, she kept notebooks recording her favourite food experiences, recipes and tips she gathered from friends, family, and chefs.

除此之外，游历世界的经历也为她的食谱增添了源源不断的灵感。Sandrine先后去过西班牙，意大利，北非，甚至在中东居住过一段时间。尝试过不同的美味之后，更加深了她对地中海美食独具创造性，包容性，丰富的香味和口感的钟爱之情！

She travelled extensively through Italy, Spain, North Africa, and later lived in the Middle East: all of this enhanced her love for the Mediterranean cuisine, its creativity, generosity, rich fragrances and flavours. Her style of cooking highlights the natural beauty of the ingredients, looking for interesting textures.
