最佳生蚝季,福楼法餐带您沉浸极致海鲜体验

10月16日起,福楼法餐将重磅推出两款限定海鲜拼盘菜单,并邀请到世界开蚝冠军马赛罗先生亲临驻场,为热爱海鲜的食客朋友送上产地上乘、品质优越、种类多样的海鲜精品,带来最终极的海鲜体验。


Starting 16 October, Maison FLO will introduce two limited edition seafood platters, offering diners a premium seafood experience featuring the best of seasonal produce, including fresh oysters. During this period, FLO will also welcome the world champion of oyster shucking, Marcel Lesoille.



从9月起贯穿整个冬季的生蚝季,福楼法餐一如既往地坚持法国空运食材的极致传统,将这个季节蚝肉清香的口感、得当的盐分完美复刻到餐桌之上,让北京的食客亦犹如置身巴黎。而一位优秀的开蚝师,能为品尝生蚝带去风味、形式感与专业知识上的独到见解,将“食生蚝”升级为兼具仪式性、互动性的迷人体验。


Every year from September onwards and throughout the winter, hundreds of fresh, seasonal oysters arrive at Maison FLO direct from France by air every week. A delicacy such as this deserves this utmost care and attention, which can only be achieved in the hands of an expert oyster shucker.

为此,福楼法餐特意邀请到“世界开蚝冠军”马赛罗(Marcel LESOILLE)先生,于10月16日晚餐及10月17日午餐时进行“开生蚝”表演。他将在现场为北京热爱生蚝的食客们,展示开生蚝绝技,全方位展现一枚品质优异的生蚝,如何从前期清理到后期切片的全过程,同时聆听他讲述关于法国生蚝不为人知的秘密,在享受鲜美食物之外,收获丰富谈资。

With this in mind, Maison FLO has invited World Oyster Shucking Champion Marcel Lesoille to perform an oyster shucking demonstration on the evening of 16 October and during lunch on 17 October. Mr. Lesoille will demonstrate the entire oyster shucking process, while also sharing facts and tips about oysters.


10月16日至10月31日,两款限定海鲜拼盘套餐,同样不容错过。

海鲜拼盘 RMB 528

海鲜拼盘提供人民币528元及808元的两种选择,生蚝,作为主旋律贯穿始终。有“法国白珍珠”之称的安志莲生蚝作为序曲,开启本季海鲜盛宴,淡淡的果香与轻轻的咸味,最大限度地打开您的味蕾。而吉拉多生蚝的到来,注定为本季海鲜套菜带去高潮。扑鼻浓郁的海水咸香,肉质肥美结实,口感充满弹性,鲜与甜层叠交织,是全球顶级生蚝才有的时光沉淀。


The two platters are priced at RMB 528 and RMB 808, respectively, with oysters playing the starring role in both. Maison FLO has specially selected two premium oyster varieties, Ancelin Speciale and Gillardeau, flown in directly from France.

而808元套餐中,特别加入西伯利鲟鱼子酱,与吉拉多生蚝形成绝配。同样的深海气息,同样将鲜、咸、香、酸融汇一体,与生蚝同时品尝,有无限会为的鲜香与醇厚口感,堪称经典。


The RMB 808 platter also features Siberian sturgeon caviar, which is a particularly good match for Gillardeau oysters, bringing complementary briny notes and deeply savoury flavours.



如果意犹未尽,还可以选择增加一只面包蟹(另加人民币308元),或一只波士顿龙虾(另加人民币358元),供食客依照喜好,全方位感受世界海鲜的魅力。


Diners can also choose to add a brown crab (RMB 308) or whole Boston lobster (RMB 358) to their seafood platter to create a truly luxurious meal.
