1. Firstly welcome to China! Before the possibly first and last tour in China, What do you expect most? You have any idea about China’s powerviolence, d-beat, hardcore or any other blastbeat-empowered stuff?

D: 欢迎来到中国！据我所知这是你们第一次也是最后一次在中国巡回了. 你们最期待的是? 另外你们有听说过中国的Powerviolence, D-Beat, 硬核或者其他blastbeat很多的东西吗?

Honestly, and unfortunately, I'm coming to China blind to its extreme music history. I haven't had the opportunity to experience any extreme music from China and that's part of the appeal in coming over. I was excited to see bands and experience shows first hand! We're all very much into trying to take in as much of a countries culture when we visit. From cultural points of interest, historical / radical locales, vegan food, and of course music. We just want to have an authentic look into this part of the world we've never been to. Hopefully people enjoy us coming over!

A: 很抱歉，事实上我们对中国的极端音乐还是知之甚少。在启程之前我一直没有机会去接触到这方面的信息，而ACXDC中国巡回成行的一部分原因就是我们想来亲身体验这些乐队的表演！我们一直想尽可能地去更多的国家，一睹当地的风情。而当中最想了解的就是有历史性／疯狂好玩的地段，美味的素食，当然更离不开音乐。籍巡回的机会可以到我们从来没到过的地方，我们希望和大家玩得开心。

2. To most of people who haven’t heard of Anti-Christ Demoncore, what do you like to describe it? We have read interviews noted you are “dead serious” about Satanism. Is it true??

D: 其实很多中国的朋友还没有听说过甚么叫“反基督X魔鬼核”（即ACXDC全称）。你们觉得怎样描述他好？我读过一些报道提到你们对于撒旦主义态度“十分严肃“，那是真的？

Haha no none of us are satanic. At least not in the sense that we believe in Satan or anything remotely close to that. We might have some ideals we share but we don't approve of most/any religions. We're a band based in fast punk. We don't take much seriously. We like to mess with people's expectations and just have fun with our music.

A: 哈哈，与大家想的相反，我们没有一个成员崇拜撒旦主义。至少我们从来没有信奉过撒旦的教条或者任何和那有关的事。不过，我们可是由始至终没有支持过任何形式的宗教。你知道的ACXDC的音乐源自硬又快的庞克，所以我们不会太过严肃地处事，就只是想以我们的音乐作乐，戏弄大家对我们的主观意见。

3. As a band based in L.A, have you drawn influences from the hardcore punk ascendants like The Germs, Black Flag, Agent Orange etc.? Can you tell us a little bit more beyond coverages of the scene?

D: 对于你们这样一个根植在洛城的乐队来说，你们是否有受到过当地的硬核朋克传奇影响？譬如The Germs（细菌）, Black Flag（黑旗）, Agent Orange（橘郡灭草剂）… 告诉我们一点这个音乐场景的东西吧

We've always been influenced by local and international bands. Some of our favorites would be DS13 from Sweden, Infest and Despise You from LA, etc. we've all been exposed and enjoy old punk a lot. But for the most part our friends bands inspire us more. We've been fortunate to make friends with a lot of locals.

A: 谈到影响过我们的音乐，洛杉矶本地和国外的乐队我们兼收并蓄。当中最喜欢的要数瑞典的DS13, powerviolence名宿Infest和Despise You（友队）。真的，我们一直以来都接触到很多的老庞克，虽然身边朋友的队对我们的影响更深远。ACXDC是一支根植于本土的乐队，很开心可以和那么多的土炮们做朋友。

4. What are your favorite bands?

D: 你们最喜欢的乐队是？

Favourite bands would probably be Nirvana, The Cure, Siouxie and the Banshees, Dystopia, Minor Threat, Crossed Out, etc

A: 喜欢ACXDC的朋友，我们可真的不是像大家想象的那样只会听吵的东西。想了解我们的口味，建议可以听听这几个乐队入手,有grunge，英伦摇滚，后庞克，当然还有你们所想象到的吵的碾核和硬核：Nirvana, The Cure, Siouxie and the Banshees, Dystopia, Minor Threat, Crossed Out。

5. Regarding the latest release “Postcard Flexi”, we have noticed you seemed to inject joints of rebellion and the scientific appeal, like the song “Science Ist Krieg”. Do you have a fixed theme on lyrics or not?

D: 关于你们最新发的专辑“明信片杂技”（Flexi的敏感含义请自行查找），感觉你们似乎在极具反抗精神的音乐中加入科学的趣味？譬如那首歌“Science Ist Krieg”。你们其实有没有固定的创作主体？

We don't really have a fixed theme. It just sort of strikes at random. I might be watching a movie and feel the need to say something using the movie characters or lines as a way to communicate an idea. "Science..." was pretty much a joke/ idea I had of fundamentalists vs scientists fighting a battle. A silly concept but you can see it in day to day society at large.

A: 嗯。其实歌词表达的内容，我们没想过要固定在特定的主题。创作从来都是灵光一现的事。很可能我在看电影的时候想到要籍用里面的人物或对白表达歌的主旨。“Science 1st krieg” 这首就像我设想的教义主意者和科学家之间的矛盾的玩笑事。本身这是一个挺荒唐的概念，但是正如你所见，正在我们每一天的生活中发生。

6. Looking back to your first EP including controversial track like “We kill Christians”, do you think you are changing your philosophies after 12 years?

D: 回看你们在第一张EP里面的饱具争议性的作品 “杀掉基督徒”，你觉得在12年之后的今天，你们的概念有改变吗？

Not necessarily. We still operate with a very sarcastic sense. For example "We Kill Christians" is actually a song that makes fun of black metal fans who try to say crazy things to get attention. The only part of that song where I'm somewhat serious is when I yell "fuck religion". So in that sense were still hard to understand and our humor is still not very clear.

A: 杀基督徒？这从来都是我们极尽讽刺的幽默。就“杀掉基督徒”这首歌来说，我们其实是想取笑那些会因为喜欢黑金属而做出格的事引起轩然大波的家伙。如果要说有严肃的态度的话，那可真的只是在我喊“去你妈的宗教”的时候。但即使是这样很多人也还是缺乏幽默细胞，难以理解到我们的玩笑:-(

7. You’ve got a “X” hyphen in the band name. What has Straight Edge impact on your music and lifestyles?

D: 你们的队名里有着克制派（Straight Edge）乐队代表性的字母“X”。这个文化对于你们的音乐和生活方式有着怎样的影响？

At one point the band was straightedge. After years and many members leaving or breaking edge I'm the only one left. It's important for me. I like that it possibly exposes people to that philosophy or lifestyle. I take what I can from being sober but I don't use it to judge others. Everyone else in the band drinks or smokes but they let me speak my mind. Mostly we still agree on certain things like drugs shouldn't be illegal or being sober doesn't mean you're a good person etc.

A: 曾经我们还的的确确是一支克制派乐队。但是随着年岁增长有的队友不想坚持或者放弃了Straight Edge。我（Sergio）是到现在还是克制派，这对我来说很重要。这个次文化最吸引我的是它可以给不同的人带来不同的哲学思考或生活方式。我从那学会了保持清醒的好处，但我并不会拿这个来评断他人。我身边也不乏喝酒抽烟的朋友，但是他们都尊重我表达自己意念的方式。在某些层面上我们都会一致的想法，譬如不应该完全将所有“致幻剂”非法化，保持清醒也并不意味着你就是个好人，诸如此类。

8. It’s so sad the hear rumors that you are going to break up after this tour. What is your plan in the next a few years?

D: 听到你们要解散的消息真是令人伤感。在近来几年你们有什么打算？

It's just time to stop. At least for a while. We have to focus on other bands, family, work and just personal lives. We've traveled a lot and done a lot and never compromised. We still want to play some shows and maybe do one or two more tours before we stop. We'll see what actually happens. For now we haven't set an exact day to end. So we're sort of just going forward day by day.

A: 对，我们真的觉得是时候要停下来了，至少在一段时间内ACXDC不再活动。我们想要放更多精力在其他乐队，家人，工作或者私生活。这么些年下来，我们周游了许多地方也从来没有为甚么事情屈服过。我们还是会继续演那么一两个巡回再停住，或者可以看看到时候会有甚么新的打算。目前还没有定下甚么时候会把ACXDC封存起来，只是要一步一步地向前推进，直到那一天到来。

ACxDC介绍

ACxDC的全称为Antichrist Demoncore，乐队于2003年在洛杉矶组建，成军13年来，ACxDC已经发表了1张全长专辑、3张EP和多张合集。乐队成员包括主唱Sergio Amalfitano、吉他手Brian Amalfitano、吉他手Aldo Felix、贝司手Jeff Aldape和鼓手Jorge Luis Herrera。
