SantaCon 圣诞老人大巡游
Santa Claus is coming to town. SantaCon is an annual parade where people dress in Santa Claus costumes. On Saturday, Santa Clauses will parade on two routes: from McDonald's (Shekou Sea World) to OCT-LOFT and from McDonald's (Dongmen) to OCT-LOFT, by foot, bike and metro. If you want to be Santa Claus, you can purchase tickets at the organizer's WeChat "SZ-Santacon." Various ticket packages include a Santa outfit, an afternoon tea, a buffet and beers. You can also join the parade free of charge and the Santa Clauses will give out gifts during the tour.

Sea World Light Festival 海上世界国际灯光节
Artistic and interactive light installations will light up around Minghua ship. The Fourth Sea World International Light Festival showcases lights designed by Dutch, Chinese, German and Canadian artists, such as Daniel Iregui, Xu Zhengyue, Tropisme, Antonin Fourneau and Stichting Barstow.

Pillow fight 枕头大战
Join the pillow fight to relieve stress before Christmas. Music, dances and lucky draws will also help you spend a relaxing night.

Comic Run 动漫跑
Thousands of locals will join the 5km Comic Run. Although the registration of the Comic Run has been closed, you can still come to watch concerts or attend cosplay events at the Comic Run. Sign up at http://comic-run.com/ to join the activity.

Shajing oyster festival 沙井金蚝美食节
Shajing oysters are a famous specialty in Shenzhen. Big and fresh, the oysters are tender in texture and rich in protein and vitamins. Shajing people have been breeding oysters for more than 1,000 years. In December every year, Bao'an District holds an oyster festival where locals and tourists can taste various oyster dishes and purchase products. Traditional sweet Guangdong snacks are also on sale.

Cat adoption 圣诞领养日
Stray cats, collected by volunteers of the local cat-caring website szcat.org, are waiting for pet lovers to take them home. All cats will be available to new owners free of charge. Pet products are also on sale at the event.

Dog adoption 公益嘉年华
The Shenzhen Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SZSPCA) is organizing a dog adoption event to promote animal protection in a scientific way. Take a stray dog home for Christmas!

Music, food, light festival 壹仟零壹夜音乐美食灯光节
Pop, jazz, rock, hip-hop, electronic and folk music are performed every night at i-Factory, which is decorated with thousands of festive lights. More than 300 kinds of snacks and street food are also on sale at the show.

Live Classics 美术馆里听古典乐
A free classical music concert will be held at E Museum of Contemporary Art (eMoCA) to celebrate Christmas. Chinese violinist Zou Yu will play Bach's "Air on the G String," "Sarabande" and "Ave Maria," while clarinet player Zhang Feng will play Brahms' "Clarinet Sonata No. 2." The concert will begin at 10:50 a.m. following a guided tour in the museum which is showcasing Chinese artist Luo Zhongli's oil paintings and sculptures. Luo imbues his artistic conception with folk aestheticism which forms a vocabulary of painting that is both distinct and unique to him.

Cui Jian 崔健"滚动三十"演唱会
