Theme 活动主题
To celebrate the official launch of the newly updated Nanshan Government Online website, this talk show video contest invites Chinese and expatriate residents who are or were in Nanshan to share their current or previous experience of living, working, studying, or traveling in Nanshan through a first-person narrative and in a cool and creative way, and to tell their unique “Nanshan stories.”
为庆祝全新改版后的英文版南山区政府在线网站正式上线，本次脱口秀视频大赛特别邀请全市中外居民通过第一视角，以个性创意的方式呈现目前或曾经在南山生活、工作、学习、旅游的体验，或对南山的美好印象，讲述他们独一无二的”南山故事”。

Video Requirements 参赛要求
1. Creativity: the entries should be original works. Plagiarism is not allowed. Creative works in form and content are preferred.
原创新颖：参赛作品均需原创作品，不得抄袭、转载、剽窃他人作品。在形式、内容、思想上具有创意者为佳。
2. Theme: entries should conform to relevant laws and regulations, with healthy and positive contents, reflecting the participants’ personal feelings working or living in Nanshan or their impressions of Nanshan.
主题突出：参赛作品符合相关法律法规，内容健康、积极向上，主题突出、感染力强，分享参赛者在南山工作、生活的真情实感或者对南山区的印象；
3. Various forms: entries are encouraged to be presented from a unique angle and in various formats such as a talk show, a speech, rap and vlog.
形式多样：鼓励参赛选手以独特的视角，以脱口秀、演讲、rap、vlog等多样化的形式展示其在南山区的所见所闻所感；
4. Appearance & Delivery: participants should dress appropriately, express themselves fluently and naturally and be uplifting.
形象良好：选手应穿着得体，吐词清晰、表达流畅自然，精神饱满。

Participation Qualifications 参与资格
All Chinese and foreign residents in the city may enter, regardless of age or occupation.
全市中外居民，年龄、职业不限。

Entry Requirements 作品要求
1. Pictures: video works should be recorded in English or Chinese and be under 2 minutes. The videos should be shot in landscape mode with high definition. Participants should submit video files in such formats as MP4、MOV、MPG and the videos should be no more than 300 MB in size.
画面：参与活动的视频作品需使用英语或汉语录制，时长不超过2分钟，视频作品应为横屏拍摄，画面清晰，文件格式为MP4、MOV、MPG等，视频大小限制在300MB以内；
2. Soundtrack: participants are free to have background music for their videos. The music should be coordinated with the content.
配乐：可以配乐，音乐与内容应相协调；
3. Special effects: participants can use a variety of ways to create special effects for the video; for example, they can film at well-known scenic spots or landmark buildings in Nanshan to make the video more eye-catching.
特效：可以用多种方式制作视频特效，如选手可前往南山区地标景点或建筑打卡拍摄，以丰富视频素材。

Awards 奖项设置
One first-prize winner: 5,000 yuan
Two second-prize winners: 1,500 yuan per winner
Three third-prize winners: 800 yuan per winner
20 merit awards winners: One year newspaper subscription of Shenzhen Daily per winner
一等奖：1名，奖金5000元
二等奖：2名，奖金各1500元
三等奖：3名，奖金各800元
优秀奖：20名，各奖励Shenzhen Daily一年报纸

How to Submit 参与方式
Please email your video entries (one video limit per entry) to wsk@szns.gov.cn. All entries should include the following information: the title of your video, your name, nationality, cell phone number and email address.
请将拍摄的视频作品（只能提交一个视频文件）通过邮件发送至wsk@szns.gov.cn，并在邮件中注明拍摄作品的标题、选手姓名、国籍、手机号码、电子邮箱信息。

Reminder 特别说明
1. Once an entry is submitted, it is considered as confirmation of participation and agreement to have the work published, acceptance that there may be no withdrawal of the submitted work for any reason, and willingness to abide by the rules of the activity.
参赛作品一经提交，即视为确认参赛，同意发表该作品，不以任何理由撤回已提交的作品，并愿意遵守活动规则；
2. All entries must be original; if there is discovery of plagiarism, infringement or other acts, the contestant shall bear full legal responsibility.
参赛作品均需原创，如有涉及抄袭、侵权等行为，由选手自行承担法律责任；
3. The contestants agree to license their works to the organizers for non-commercial use.
参赛选手同意将其作品许可给主办单位使用，但不得作为商业用途。
