实现企业内部的多元共融与平等一直是上海骄傲节的重点倡导目标之一,2020年6月,上海骄傲节将举办首届“企业多元论坛”。骄傲不仅仅体现在我们的活动聚会、家庭和个人社交圈里,也应该体现在我们的工作环境当中!首届 “企业多元论坛” 诚挚邀请企业雇主和求职者们一同透过这两场活动来了解企业中多元共融的价值与实践。

You Deserve a Safe and Inclusive Workplace
最近的一项调查显示,在中国,只有5%的女同性恋者、男同性恋者、双性恋者、跨性别者和间性者(LGBTI)员工在职场中能舒适自如地“出柜”,而14%的员工称因LGBTQ的身份而在求职中遭到拒绝(来源:联合国开发计划署2017年性别研究报告)。
A recent survey showed that only five percent of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) employees in China felt comfortable “coming out” in the workplace while 14 percent have reported being denied employment for being LGBTQ (United Nations Development Programme and the Sexualities Research Program of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, 2017).
这些数据表明,尽管以全球宏观角度来看,企业内部的多元共融已取得了显著的进步,但对社群中的许多人,LGBTQ的身份仍在职场中带来诸多挑战。如今,一个全职员工的工作时间达到了将近每周40个小时或每年2000个小时,职场不可避免地成为我们生活环境里重要的一环,每个LGBTQ员工都需要一个安全并愿意包容ta们展现真实自我的职场环境,并且在企业能平等地获得实际的员工福利(如给配偶/家庭成员的健康保险、婚假、产假或给配偶/家庭成员搬迁补助等等资源)。
This data tells the truth that LGBTQ in the workplace is still challenging for many of us, even though the world is progressing faster in this space. Given that an average full-time employee today spend 40+ hours at work weekly and 2000+ hours annually, LGBTQ employees need to be able to find workplaces where they could feel safe, included, and have equal access to benefits such as private health insurance, marriage leave, parental leave, or relocation support for spouses and family members.
今年,上海骄傲节团队将举行一系列企业多元论坛,来自全球、本地前沿公司的超过15位嘉宾将会来到现场与参会者分享在中国的企业内部包容性政策与最佳实践。
On June 13, there will also be a series of Workplace D&I Forums featuring 15+ speakers from top global and local firms with inclusive policies and best practices here in China.
在这一系列论坛中,在中国不同行业中的企业内部管理人员与多元共融项目负责人将从个人的心路历程出发,与参会者分享如何能创建可赋能员工展现真实自我的职场空间,成功地使职场环境更具包容性,并给参会者一些兼具实用性及参考性的建议。
In these forums, we will invite various corporate and D&I program leaders to share how their companies are making their workplaces more inclusive. Hear personal stories, tangible ideas and best practices from industry leaders who help create a space where employees can be their authentic self at work!

Here we will present the business case for why it is essential for companies, big and small, to engage in supporting LGBTQ and how this benefits the company’s bottom line. We will hear leaders share from a talent perspective why from recruitment, to retention, to promotion and representation how this can impact the overall bottom line. Also looking at how current companies are able to tap into China’s estimated $300 billion “pink economy.” From HR, to marketing, to strategic planning, to community engagement and more, we will explore the benefits and perks of being rainbow friendly to the success of your business.

Every team has a “playbook” which they refer to in various scenarios. Employee handbooks are the rules HR teams operate by, but are they made with everyone in mind?

By helping companies to look at their current best practices, we will take a high-level approach while adding tangible and practical approaches to true inclusion. We will look at what other companies are doing in and around Greater China and how to bring global inclusive practices locally. Attendees will be able to take from this session and customize to their individual companies. Introduction to National LGBTQ Workplace Inclusion Research
该论坛将讨论LGBTQ多元共融(D&I)在中国的重要性和前景、全球企业开始关注LGBTQ多元共融项目的始末、中国企业多元共融政策与实践目前概况和多元共融如何使企业整体获益等话题。来自北京同志中心的嘉宾将分享他们正在进行的研究项目并展示基于中国500名员工以上的企业雇主和员工匿名观点的研究洞察结果。
This forum talks about the significance and landscape of LGBTQ Diversity & Inclusion in China, why global businesses care about LGBTQ D&I, what is already happening in China, and how D&I benefits businesses. The Beijing LGBT Center will introduce the research project they are working on to show how LGBTQ D&I could benefit business and how the research reflects the LGBTQ D&I policies and practices of at least 500 employers in China from employer and employee anonymous perspectives.

我们十分珍视社群中的友谊,特别是和我们并肩奋斗、为社群发声的同盟们的情谊对社群来说弥足珍贵。随着企业多元共融项目不断持续的发展,我们需要更多愿意支持LGBTQ群体的同盟和亲友们一同来为职场环境的多元与共融发挥影响力。同盟们的加入将大大提高任何项目的参与度与影响力。
We all value our friendships, especially those that fight or stand-up on our behalf. As our D&I programs grow, especially with LGBTQ groups, allies or friends are imperative in changing the paradigm within a work climate.
在这个论坛中,我们将会探讨如何在企业内部多元共融项目的设计层面、营销层面和整体战略上吸引更多的同盟。我们会分享一些在职场中“结盟”的成功案例,以及我们的同盟们如何成功为社群争取平等、正义、认同与包容的经验。本论坛旨在帮助企业多元共融项目负责人,员工资源小组成员和LGBTQ员工了解如何透过培训、讲座等方式在企业内部赢得来自同盟的支持与力量。
In this session, we will look at ways to engage and support LGBTQ allies within your programming, marketing and overall strategy. Inclusion of allies in any program drives engagement and we will share success stories of allyship and how allies use their voice to advance equality, justice, inclusion and workplace acceptance. From ally training programs, to speaker series and ally leadership, this forum will help any D&I leader, ERG member or LGBTQ employee find the power of allies in their corporation.

Setting Up and Managing an Employee Resource Group (ERG)
尽管许多全球企业内部都有负责多元共融项目的专员,由员工领导的员工资源小组(Employee Resource Groups or ERGs)事实上才是能在企业内部创建社群与产生巨大影响力的关键角色。约90%的财富500强企业在内部拥有员工资源小组,但是这一比例在大中华地区明显低于其它地区。
Many companies have a Diversity & Inclusion headcount, but the real community and impact comes through Employee Resource Groups or ERGs. Estimated 90% of all Fortune 500 companies have ERGs, but in Greater China the percentage is tremendously lower.
在此论坛,我们的嘉宾会分享他们是如何在中国成功实践及落地企业内部的全球化标准和政策,透过员工资源小组来让中国企业内部LGBTQ员工与盟友的声音得以传达,继而改变当下的职场环境与氛围。本论坛将具体分享三家企业在不同的阶段创建、创新与发展其员工资源小组的实际案例。
Learn from those on the ground who have started ERGs here in Greater China. Leaders will share how they have taken their company’s global mindset and localized it. By thinking globally and impacting locally, ERGs bring a voice to the LGBTQ and Ally community within the work climate. Hear how three companies in various stages started their ERGs, are creative with their programs, impact policies while creating inclusive workplaces.

Event Participation and Health Check Entry Notice
a.报名成功后,请注意饮食和健康状况,参与活动和进出场地须要接受体温测量。如体温超过37.3℃,或有咳嗽、气促等症状的参与者谢绝参与和入场。
All participants must register prior to attending an event. Upon entry, participants are required to measure their body temperature. If the participant's temperature exceeds 37.3℃, or if the participant has a cough, shortness of breath or other flu-like symptoms, they shall not be allowed entry.
