2020年，中国经济顶住了疫情全球化的局面，依旧昂首向前，创造了全球唯一正增长的奇迹。2021年，在第二个“一百年”的新风口，中国乃至世界文旅产业也将迎来新起点、新征程、新局面。在彻底摆脱贫困、全面迈入小康社会的大环境下，中国游乐人既要思考如何“破局”，也要探索如何开创“新局”。
创刊近九年来，《游乐界》伴随着中国游乐游艺行业跨过山峰、越过低谷，始终与行业荣辱与共、休戚相关——我们有幸共同经历行业的黄金十年，我们难忘疫情之下同仁从头再来的坚韧；我们为行业一日千里而欣喜，我们为同仁停滞不前而担忧；我们用文字记录行业的进步与探索，我们用行动激励行业的努力与奋斗。这是《游乐界》主办系列峰会、金冠奖和线上推介会等活动的初心与使命。我们鼓励高端品质、驰名品牌、优质服务、创新科技，积极进取、开拓创新、敢为人先的理念和实践，希望通过自己的绵薄之力，推动中国游乐游艺行业进一步向上和超越！
近两年，面对前所未有的挑战，文旅行业仍旧推进上千个新项目的开发，并有近百个全新的乐园开园迎客！起航文旅新时代，《游乐界》秉承初心，将以实现中国文旅梦为己任，砥砺前行，激励原创性、创造性、创新性，为推进行业的共同进步和发展而努力奋斗。在此，《游乐界》热情邀请文旅行业的优秀企业和文旅人参与2021年杰出供应商、乐园和游乐人的评选活动，我们将继续坚守公平、公正、权威的原则，为行业评选推介领头企业、优质乐园和榜样人物，为推进中国文旅繁荣发展不懈努力。
In 2020, with Coronavirus sweeping over the world, China's economy withstood the test and still maintained its growth momentum, and became the only country in the world which maintained positive economic growth. In 2021, at an important juncture full of new opportunities in China's efforts in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, the cultural tourism industry in China and the world will also usher in a new journey and a new era. Under this circumstances, China’s amusement & attractions industry should not only think about how to “break the deadlock”, but also should explore how to “change the game”.
In the past nine years, Asia Attractions have witnessed the ups and downs, honor and disgrace of China's amusement industry. We are fortunate to witness the “golden decade” of the industry and we’re touched by people’s toughness in our industry during the onslaught of the Coronavirus; We are happy for the rapid steps achieved by the industry, and meanwhile sometimes we’re worried for the stagnation; We keep records on the industry by words; We try to encourage the industry “never stop moving” by hosting different events, such as themed summits, Golden Crown Awards as well as online webinars. We really appreciate and would always love to promote high-end quality products, well-known brands, excellent services, innovative technologies, and pioneering concepts & spirits. We hope to push China's amusement & attractions industry further upward and beyond, by our modest capabilities!
Even facing lots of uncertainties since 2020, we have seen thousands of new installations, and nearly a hundred brand-new parks open and welcome guests! Entering a new era, we uphold our original aspirations, and will keep forging ahead the industry by encouraging originality, creativity and innovation. 评选流程
Procedure
阶段一：企业报名及专家推荐
时间：8月27日-9月27日
游乐界•金冠奖以企业自主申报和专家评委推荐的方式收集资料，有意向参加评选的企业可发送关键词“评选”到游乐界微信公众号（ID: youlejiezazhi）获取报名链接，下载对应的报名表格，填写并将报名资料发送到指定邮箱：3516326087@qq.com；同时，专家评委可推荐心目中的优秀企业及个人参加各奖项的评选，由专家推荐的企业及个人，请积极配合主办方的工作，提供相关报名资料。
Phase 1: Enterprise Application. Dates: August 27th - September 27th
The Golden Crown Awards of Asia Attractions collects data through self-application, as well as the jury’s recommendation. Companies wishing to participate can send keyword "selection" to the WeChat public account of Asia Attractions (ID: youlejiezazhi) to obtain the link for entry and download the application form. Please fill it in and send the materials to email: 3516326087@qq.com. Meanwhile, our jury can also recommend candidates. We will ask the recommended companies/individuals to submit the corresponding information.
阶段二：审核评选资料
时间：9月1日-9月25日
本阶段由主办方对参评企业提交的资料进行审核，如参评资料存在不实信息，将取消参评资格。
Phase 2: Verification. Dates: September 1st - September 25th
Materials submitted by the participating companies will be reviewed and verified during this phase. The qualification will be cancelled immediately if there’s any fake information.
阶段三：参评企业及个人公示
时间：9月10日-10月8日
主办方将在《游乐界》微信公众号上对已通过资料审核的参评企业及个人的相关信息进行公示，任何企业或个人对参评企业及项目有异议可及时向评委团秘书处反馈（联系人：蔡映朵159 8907 0980、谭红丽137 1117 7930），经核实，如参评企业及项目确实存在不实情况，将被取消参评资格。
Phase 3: Publicizing. Dates: September 10th - October 8th
Asia Attractions team will publicize the applications which pass the review on WeChat public account of Asia Attractions. Any company or individual who has doubt on any application can promptly report to the secretariat of the jury (Contact: Yingduo Cai 159 8907 0980, Hongli Tan 137 1117 7930).
阶段四：专家评审
时间：10月10日-10月25日
本阶段由国内乐园代表及行业专家组成的专业评委团对参评企业和个人进行审核投票。
注：乐园代表及行业专家不参与其所在乐园及企业参与评选的奖项的投票
Phase 4: Expert review and expert recommendation. Dates: October 10th - October 25th
There will be a jury composed of representatives and experts from domestic and international parks to evaluate the nominees.
Note: Representatives and experts do not participate in the voting of the awards of the nominees of their own company.
阶段五：网络投票
时间：11月1日-11月7日
本阶段只邀请大众评委进行网络投票，不对网友开放，《游乐界》将在微信公众号上征集50-100位大众评委（注：大众评委必须有3年以上的文旅行业从业经历，公平公正对待每一个候选企业和个人）。
Phase 5: Online voting. Dates: November 1st - November 7th
Only selected public judges are invited in this phase, which means the voting is not open to everyone as before. We will call for 50-100 public judges via Asia Attractions WeChat platform. (Note: Applicants must have 3+ years of working experience in the amusement & leisure industry, and treat candidate companies and individuals fairly.)
阶段六：评委团进一步审核获奖名单
时间：11月10日-11月15日
本阶段由专家评委团对各评选阶段的评分进行审核，确定最终的评选结果。
Phase 6: Judge panel review. Dates: November 10th - November 15th
At this stage, the jury will review the ratings of each round and determine the final winners.
阶段七：公布获奖名单
时间：12月
Stage 7: Winners announcement. Dates: December

评选规则
Voting System
游乐界•金冠奖评分采取百分制，总分=企业报名得分（企业报名参评即得20分）+专家评审得分（最高分为60分）+网络投票得分（最高分为20分）；注：由专家推荐的企业额外加10分。
其中，专家评审环节将根据专家的投票数选出票数高的前10个获奖单位或个人，票数最高者得60分，按名次逐个递减5分，即得票数第二名者得55分，得票数第三名者得50分，依次类推；网络投票环节将根据大众评委的投票选出票数高的前10个获奖单位或个人，票数最高者得20分，按名次逐个递减2分，即得票数第二名者得18分，得票数第三名者得16分，依次类推。
The score of the Golden Crown Award adopts 100-point system. The total score = registration score (company will get 20 points for the application) + jury score (highest: 60 points) + voting score (highest: 20 points). Note: Company who recommended by experts will get another 10 points.
The top 10 ranking companies/individuals will be selected according to the number of votes cast by the jury. The top one will get 60 points, and the ranking will decrease by 5 points, that is, the second one will get 55 points, the third one will get 50 points, and so on. The online voting phase will lead to top 10 ranking companies/individuals as well. The top one will get 20 points, and the ranking will decrease by 2 points, that is, the second one will get 18 points, the third one will get 16 points, and so on.

供应商
供应商参评必须符合以下条件：
The criteria that the suppliers should meet：
1、国内/国外注册成立公司且注册时间超过3年，高新技术企业注册时间超过2年即可参评；
Domestic/foreign company must be registered for more than 3 years. High-tech company must be registered for more than 2 years;
2、面向景点休闲娱乐领域的产品供应及服务，团队具有创新能力和高成长潜力，主要提供游乐设备产品研发、制造、安装及其他相应服务等方面的业务，经营规范，社会信誉良好，有相关生产资质及服务证书；
Candidates should focus on providing service and products for leisure and attractions industry. The team should have innovative ability and high growth potential, as well as having good social reputation and qualification certificates;
3、参评的产品/项目是2020年10月至2021年11月（含11月）已开发并落地的（注：原则上去年已参评的项目不重复参评，但产品/项目有进行升级改造的除外）；
Products/projects to nominate must be installed from October 2020 to November 2021 (Note: Products/projects that have won ‘Golden Crown Awards’ before should not be applied for this year again, unless they have undergone upgrades during the period as mentioned);
4、参评企业的产品、技术及相关专利归属于企业本身，与其他单位或个人无产权纠纷。
The products, technologies and related patents of the candidates should belong to the company and without any disputes over property rights with other units or individuals.
必须提交以下资料：
The documents that the candidates should provide：
1、 企业简介（200-300字）及LOGO；
Simple background introduction of the company (200-300 words in Chinese) and company LOGO.
2、 企业营业执照复印件及生产资质证明；
A copy of the company's business license and the qualification certificate of manufacture；
3、 参评产品/项目的文字介绍（200-500字），包括产品/项目的名称、特点、创新性、规格、落地地点、为项目提供的具体服务及相关证明材料、高清图片及产品/项目的展示视频（1分钟以内）；
A text description of the product/project (200-500 words in Chinese), including name, specifications, innovative features, location & company’s specific service for this project and related proving materials, as well as HD photos & a presentation video of the product/project (within 1 minute);
4、中大型产品/项目必须有落地的资质合格验收证明。
Medium and large scale products/projects must be registered with qualification acceptance certificate of landing. Please kindly provide it as well.
乐园/景区
乐园/景区参评必须符合以下条件：
The criteria that the operators should meet:
1、2021年11月1日前开业并正常运营的中国乐园/景区；
Park/leisure destination located in China, which is opened and operated before November 1st, 2021;
2、具有较高的知名度和品牌影响力，规范化管理，为游客提供优质的娱乐体验及服务；
The park/destination needs to offer high-quality entertainment experience and services, and enjoy recognition & popularity on the market;
3、 参评项目类奖项必须是乐园自身举办或运营的项目，与其他单位或个人无产权纠纷；
Project to nominate must be held or operated by the park itself. It should not have any property rights disputes with other units or individuals；
4、 参与主题活动奖和演艺奖的项目必须是2020年1月-2021年11月1日推出的。
Project for categories Themed Event and Live Shows must be launched between January 2020 and November 1st, 2021.
必须提交的参评资料：
The docuemnts that park/destination candidates should present：
1、乐园/景区简介、乐园/景区高清图片2-3张、乐园/景区LOGO、乐园/景区的展示视频（1分钟以内）；
Introduction of the park, 2-3 HD pictures of the park, LOGO and a presentation video(within 1 minutes);
2、参评项目奖项需提供项目介绍，包含名称、规模、特色、效果、高清图片及展示视频（1分钟以内）等；
Project introduction for project awards should involve name, scale, features, effects, HD pictures and a presentation video (within 1 minute);
3、投资商及运营公司简介。
Introduction of the investor and the operating company.
游乐人
游乐人参评必须符合以下条件：
The influencers candidates should meet the following criteria:
1、从事游乐行业相关工作，有高尚的职业道德，优秀的个人品质；
Engaged in work related to the leisure and attractions industry, should have noble professional ethics and excellent personal qualities;
2、所属企业及个人具有高度的社会责任感和良好的公众形象；
Enterprises and individuals should have a high sense of social responsibility and a good public image;
3、在决策力、影响力、凝聚力、前瞻性等方面有突出表现；
Candidate should have outstanding performance in decision-making, influence, cohesion, foresight, etc.
4、具有较强的管理能力、领导力和号召力，对企业和行业发展具有突出贡献；
Candidate should have outstanding management ability, leadership and appeal, and make outstanding contributions to the development of enterprise and industry;
5、所属企业在行业中占据领导地位，对行业发展有着积极的推动作用；
The enterprise which the candidate working for should occupy a leading position in the industry and plays a positive role in promoting the development of the industry.
6、游乐行业杰出贡献奖的参评者必须有6年以上的行业从业经验和3年以上的管理经验，游乐行业杰出领军人物的参评者必须有10年以上的行业从业经验和5年以上的管理经验。
Applicants for 'Outstanding Contribution for China Amusement & Attractions Industry' award must have 6+ years of working experience and 3+ years of management experience in the amusement & attractions industry. Applicants for 'Outstanding Pioneer for China Amusement & Attractions Industry' award must have 10+ years of working experience and 5+ years of management experience in the amusement & attractions industry.
必须提交的资料：
The influencers candidates should present the following information：
1、个人简介，包含所在单位、职务、座右铭、从业经历及个人近照；
Personal profile, including the working company, position, motto(if have), working experience and personal photos;
2、为企业和行业发展所作的突出贡献及个人所取得的成就。
Outstanding contributions to the development of the enterprise and industry, and the achievements made by the individual.
注：
《游乐界》对本次活动享有最终的解释权，参评企业请确保提报资料的真实性，若存在虚假申报或被发现明显不实的情况，相关企业在3年内将无资格参评“游乐界·金冠奖”；另外，与《游乐界》的商务合作中存在未按时付款等不诚信行为的企业不予参评。
此评选活动为公益性质，全程不收取任何费用，在此提醒广大参评企业和游乐人：切勿轻信任何奖项买卖或付费获奖的来电及信息，活动统一对外联系电话为：13711177930、13922290400，望周知。
《游乐界》诚挚欢迎符合参评标准的供应商、乐园/景区和游乐人参与申报，也欢迎业界同仁监督奖项的运作、评选、颁发、公布的整个过程，而对于以牟利为目的，鱼目混珠，试图扰乱公众认知，侵害《游乐界》合法权益的行为，我们保留诉诸法律途径的权利。
Note: Asia Attractions reserve the right of final interpretation for this event. Participating companies must ensure the authenticity of the submitted materials. If there are any false declaration or obviously false materials, relevant companies will not be eligible for entry of Asia Attractions·Golden Crown Awards in three years. In addition, companies that have dishonest behaviors such as failing to pay on time on purpose in the business cooperation with Asia Attractions, will not be accepted.
