Le propos est de comparer au cours de l’histoire, le regard des architectes sur la cathédrale : ceux de la création d’abord, ceux des transformations jusqu’au XVIII°s, ceux de la grande restauration du XIX°s (Lassus et Viollet-Le-Duc), ceux de la conservation contemporaine de la fin du XX°s. S’agit-il de la même cathédrale, et sommes-nous meilleurs conservateurs que nos prédécesseurs du XIX°s ?
本次讲座将从建筑史的角度回顾巴黎圣母院这座主教座堂的历史沿革，包括它的奠基，十九世纪之前的各次结构演变，十九世纪在拉素斯和维欧勒·勒·杜克主持下的大规模修复工作以及二十世纪末的当代修复和保护工作。针对同一座教堂，我们能比十九世纪的先辈们做得更好吗？
The lecture compares how architects, throughout history, conceived of the Notre-Dame cathedral: Beginning from its creation, and through its transformations until the 18th century, and the great conservation works in the 19th century by Lassus and Viollet-Le-Duc, down to the conservation works at the end of the 20th century. Is it still the same cathedral, and are today’s conservation efforts superior to those of the 19th century?
关于主讲人
Architecte DPLG (1972), diplômé de l’Ecole de Chaillot (1975), Architecte en Chef des Monuments Historiques (1980) et Inspecteur Général des Monuments Historiques (1994) honoraire. Il a exercé depuis 1980 des missions d’étude, de projet et dirigé les travaux de restauration sur Monuments Historiques du Finistère et du Morbihan (1980 à 1987), de l’Eure (1987 à 1993), de l’Eure-et-Loir (1987 à 1994), l’Hôtel National des Invalides, du Val de Grâce, de l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, de la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris jusqu’en 2013. Ancien président d’ICOMOS France (2000 à 2006), et de l’Académie d’Architecture (2005 à 2008), il est vice-président d’Icomos International Professeur associé à l’Ecole de Chaillot depuis 1983, il enseigne également dans les formations organisées par l’Ecole à Sofia, Rabat, Rome, Athènes et Shanghai. Chevalier de l’Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur, Officier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite, Commandeur de l’Ordre des Arts et Lettres, Commandeur du Mérite Culturel Roumain, Honorary Fellow American Institute of Architects.
本杰明-穆栋 教授：
1975年毕业于法国夏约学院，自1980年起担任法国 “历史古迹” 名录评审主任建筑师，截止2013年，他曾先后主持多项 “历史古迹” 在列遗存的修复工作，包括荣军院、圣宠谷教堂、巴黎国立美术学院、巴黎圣母院等重大项目。2000年至2006年，他曾担任国际古迹遗址理事会法国委员会主席，2005年至2008年任法国建筑学会主席。同时，穆栋教授也一直致力于推广国际交流工作，多次赴摩洛哥拉巴特、罗马、雅典和上海进行讲学和交流。穆栋教授获得一系列殊荣，包括法国荣誉军团骑士勋章、法国国家功勋奖章、国家艺术与文学奖章、美国建筑学会荣誉院士等。
Born in 1948, qualified architect DPLG (1972), diploma from the Ecole de Chaillot (1975), Chief Architect of Historic Monuments (1980) and General Inspector of Historic Monuments (1994). Since 1980, Benjamin Mouton has worked on studies and projects and directed the restoration work on the historic monuments of the Finistere and Morbihan (1980 to 1987), the Eure (1987 to 1993) and the Eure et Loir (1987 to 1994) departments. He is currently responsible for the Hotel National des Invalides, the Val de Grace, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts and the cathedral of Notre‐Dame de Paris.
A former president of ICOMOS France (2000 to 2006) and of the Academie d'Architecture (2005 to 2008), Mouton is responsible for international projects (ICOMOS Executive Committee, UNESCO Expert) and has participated in many national and international congresses.
Associate professor at the Ecole de Chaillot since 1993, Mouton is responsible for the coordination of the Department of Architecture. Having created the joint workshops in 1994, he oversaw the work of the workshops (in Romania, Scotland, China and Greece) and also teaches in schemes organised by the school in Sofia, Rabat, Rome, Athens and Shanghai.
Knight of the Ordre National de la Legion d'Honneur, Officer in the Ordre National du Merite and the Ordre des Arts et Lettres. Commandeur of the Merite Culturel Roumain, Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.
