In recent years, Central China's Henan province has strengthened its opening-up policies in all areas, become an active participant of the Belt and Road Initiative and promoted the coordinated development of its four "Silk Roads" (namely the Air Silk Road, the Land Silk Road, the Online Silk Road and the Maritime Silk Road), becoming more closely connected with the world. Nowadays, Henan's cross-border e-commerce enterprises are expanding their overseas warehouse coverage in the world through self-construction, leasing and commissioning. Overseas warehouses are gradually becoming a pillar in introducing "made-in-Henan" products to the world.

当前，河南跨境电商企业正通过自建、租用、委托等形式加速布局海外仓。海外仓正成为“河南制造”“走出去”的主支点和新驿站。

Statistically, 77 enterprises across Henan have set up 183 overseas warehouses in 43 countries and regions around the world, becoming a new advantage for Henan's Online Silk Road.

据统计，目前河南共有77家企业在43个国家和地区设立了183个海外仓，这也成为河南“网上丝绸之路”发展的新优势。

Zhengzhou's total import and export volume of cross-border e-commerce ranked third in 2020 among 105 comprehensive cross-border e-commerce pilot areas in China, according to E-commerce in China (2020) released byChina's Ministry of Commerce in September 2021.

去年9月份商务部发布的《中国电子商务报告（2020）》显示，在全国105个跨境电子商务综试区2020年跨境电商零售进出口总额排名中，郑州位列第三。

Henan's Online Silk Road driven by cross-border e-commerce has already become a highlight of the province's opening and development.

以跨境电子商务为主要依托的“网上丝绸之路”已成为河南开放发展的亮丽名片之一。

Benefited from the customs supervision mode of "1210", Henan in recent years has been approved to build 2 comprehensive cross-border e-commerce pilot zones in Luoyang and Nanyang, and 7 pilot cities for cross-border e-commerce retail imports in Xuchang, Jiaozuo, Kaifeng, etc. Previously, Zhengzhou has become one of the first batch of pilot cities providing cross-border e-commerce import services and one of the second batch of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot areas in China. Henan's enterprises have seen their foreign trade developing rapidly with the continuous advancement of the province's cross-border e-commerce ecosystem. So far, they have been in the forefront of the overall development and business scale in China, with their businesses covering 196 countries and regions around the world.

近年来，在“1210网购保税进口模式”制度创新引领下，继郑州成为全国首批跨境电商进口服务试点、第二批跨境电商综试区城市后，我省又获批建设洛阳、南阳2个跨境电商综试区和许昌、焦作、开封等7个跨境电商零售进口试点城市。全省跨境电商生态体系不断完善，企业纷纷出海谋发展，业务覆盖全球196个国家和地区，总体发展水平和业务规模均居全国前列。

Henan's cross-border e-commerce has developed from the initial import-oriented development to both import and export model.

河南跨境电商已从最初的进口为主，发展为进出口并重。
