知名媒体人章文被控“性侵性骚扰”面对性侵害女性不再沉默 | No means no!

7月24日，一位匿名女性发表长文章《章文，停止你的侵害！！！》举报知名媒体人章文在今年5月15日一次聚会后对其进行了性侵。文中还表示，事后她曾小范围公开此事，但遭到了章文威胁。文章很快在社交网络上引起了大量关注。

An anonymous woman posted an article on July 24 revealing that she had been sexually assaulted by Zhang Wen, a famous journalist, after a party on May 15 this year. She also said that Zhang had threatened her when she attempted to go public with the allegations. The article has since gone viral on social media.

7月25日上午，知名作家蒋方舟和另一媒体人易小荷皆在朋友圈内转发此文，并表示自己也曾在聚会中遭遇过章文的性骚扰。

In less than a day, Jiang Fangzhou, a well-known writer, and journalist Yi Xiaohe reposted the article on their WeChat moments and revealed that they had also been sexually harassed by Zhang.

XD视觉艺术创作者王嫣芸更是发微博称自己曾被章文约至咖啡厅后遭其亲吻、摸胸、摸私处，但自己激烈反抗，甚至大打出手。

XD Visual Arts creator Wang Yanyun also posted that she had fought with Zhang after being molested by him.

网友们纷纷称赞这些女性的勇敢，肯定她们面对性侵害勇于发声、坚决反抗的立场。

Netizens praised the women for their bravery and appreciated them for speaking out against sexual assault.

25日晚，章文对此事做出回应，否认了性侵指控并称酒后做亲密状合影是酒局上的常态。随后，他发表了律师声明，表示要将此事诉诸法律。

Zhang denied the sexual assault allegations that evening and said it is normal to take intimate photos after drinking. He then issued a statement through his lawyer, stating he will pursue a legal approach to the matter.

此外，章还在回应里特意指出，蒋方舟有过诸多男友，易小荷是离异人士。这一言论被认为是在对受害人进行“荡妇羞辱”，引起了广大网友更强烈的不满。

In addition, Zhang pointed out in his response that Jiang Fangzhou had many boyfriends and Yi Xiaohe was divorced. The comments, which were seen as "slut shaming" the victims, drew even stronger public discontent.

也有部分媒体人在微博上表达了对这些“性骚扰”指控的质疑。微博认证为“时评家”的鄢烈山发博质疑蒋方舟的指控源于自身的“不拒绝不制止”，而后蒋方舟对此进行了激烈地反驳。鄢烈山的言论也遭到了大量网友的指责。
