British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Monday he was in "good health" and had no symptoms despite self-isolating. "It doesn't matter that I've had the disease and I'm bursting with antibodies. We've got to interrupt the spread of the disease and one of the ways we can do that now is by self-isolating for 14 days," he said in a video released on Twitter.
英国首相府发言人也表示，约翰逊目前状况良好，没有出现任何感染新冠病毒的症状。发言人补充说，约翰逊将“继续在唐宁街办公，包括领导政府应对新冠疫情”。Johnson, who was admitted to hospital with the novel coronavirus earlier this year, is well and does not have any symptoms, a spokesman for the prime minister said on Sunday."He will carry on working from Downing Street, including on leading the government's response to the coronavirus pandemic," the spokesman said. "The prime minister will follow the rules and is self-isolating."据报道，约翰逊12日曾与部分保守党议员进行了大约半小时的会谈，其中包括议员李·安德森（Lee Anderson）。不久后，安德森被确诊感染新冠病毒。
