世界高血压日 | 控住血压,稳住幸福

今天(5月17日)是世界高血压日,主题为“控住血压,稳住幸福”。

高血压常常没有任何症状,因此被称为“无声的杀手”。它是最常见的慢性病之一,是心脏病、脑卒中、肾病发病和死亡的最重要的危险因素。

在未使用降压药物的情况下,非同日3次诊室血压测量收缩压(高压)≥140 mmHg(毫米汞柱)或舒张压(低压)≥90 mmHg(毫米汞柱)时即可确诊为高血压。家庭连续规范测量血压5—7天,平均血压≥135/85 mmHg(毫米汞柱)可诊断为高血压,建议就诊。

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is one of the most common chronic diseases. It is often referred to as a "silent killer" because it shows no obvious symptoms but "significantly increases the risks of heart, brain, kidney and other diseases," according to the World Health Organization (WHO). 

Monday is World Hypertension Day. The theme this year is "Measure your blood pressure accurately, control it, live longer!" But how much do you know about the disease?

高血压是一种慢性病,在持续多年发展后,最终会引发健康问题。它的危险因素包括:高钠低钾的饮食、肥胖超重、精神压力大、药物作用、吸烟饮酒、高脂饮食等。

航天中心医院心脏医学部主任丁春华表示,高血压最多的一些症状就是有些患者觉得头晕、头胀,但有的患者也没有症状,他只是在健康体检,或者说在偶尔测血压的时候,发现自己血压高,这是要特别注意的。


超重或肥胖、高盐饮食、吸烟、长期饮酒、长期精神紧张、体力活动不足等高血压高危人群应经常测量血压。医疗机构对35岁以上首诊居民测量血压,发现血压升高,应持续监测。18岁及以上成人定期自我监测血压,至少每年测量1次血压。

此外,专家提示,对于高血压患者,服药时断时续会导致血压的大幅波动更加不稳定,这样是很危险的。

“我们建议如果说出现了高血压,你要调整到一个合适的剂量,并且最好是用长效的这种药物来对它进行比较平稳的一个降压,而不是说,我高了我就吃一点,然后低了又停下来,会容易出现一些后果,比如说我们说的脑中风,还有出现一些对其他脏器的损害。”丁医生说道。

If active intervention is not taken, hypertension will lead to health problems, including chest pain or angina pectoris, coronary heart disease, kidney failure and myocardial infarction or heart attack.

The risk factors for the disease include unhealthy diets – consumption high in sodium, salt and fat, obesity, mental stress, drug effects, smoking and drinking and physical inactivity.

"The most common symptoms of hypertension that patients can feel are dizziness and headaches. Some have no symptoms, however. They just find their blood pressure high during a health examination, or occasionally when they measure blood pressure, which should be paid special attention to," Ding Chunhua, director of the cardiology department at the Aerospace Center Hospital, told CCTV.

Experts say adults over 18 years old should regularly monitor their blood pressure – at least once a year. People at high risk of hypertension are overweight, smokers, long-term alcohol consumers, experience long-term mental stress and physical inactivity and should have their blood pressure measured more regularly.

It's dangerous for patients to lower their blood pressure by overdose or intermittently, experts warned.
