6月12日晚，河南卫视端午特别节目《端午奇妙游》凭借一段不到两分钟的水下中国风舞蹈《祈》出圈。

“翩若惊鸿，婉若游龙。荣曜秋菊，华茂春松。髣髴兮若轻云之蔽月，飘飖兮若流风之回雪……”这段绝美水下舞蹈再现了建安才子曹植的名篇——《洛神赋》。

视频中舞者化身洛神，惊艳演绎水下飞天，水随舞动，衣袂翩跹。

A stunning underwater dance named "The Prayer" was aired on Henan TV just before China's Dragon Boat Festival. The dance interprets the famous "Ode to the Goddess of Luo" by Cao Zhi during the Three Kingdoms period.

In the video, dancer He Haohao performed intricate movements in the water, recreating the elegance of the ancient Chinese goddess.

这部绝美的舞蹈作品让观众沉醉其中，看得如痴如醉，一夜之间火遍全网，多个相关话题登上微博热搜，其中名为#河南卫视杀疯了#的话题引起广泛关注，阅读量达9.5亿。

对于“洛神水赋”的绝美出圈，网友赞叹不绝：

《洛神水赋》甚至“惊动”了外交部发言人华春莹，她发推文夸赞称：“难以置信的美丽！翩若惊鸿，矫若游龙。《洛神水赋》，河南卫视的一支水下舞蹈表演。”

The beautiful display captivated audiences and trended on Weibo, receiving about 950 million views. Many social media users expressed their admiration.

Even Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying praised it on Twitter: "Unbelievably beautiful! Dancing gracefully like a swan and agilely like a Chinese dragon. ‘Rhapsody on the Luo River Goddess’, an underwater dance performance on Henan TV."

惊艳的背后是主创团队辛勤的付出。

《祈》的导演郭吉勇表示，历经了3次拍摄，工作人员在水下泡了26个小时才拍出了这个有“1600多年历史的水下飞天”。

水下演员何灏浩发文回忆了艰辛的拍摄经过，“拍摄了上百个水下舞蹈的视频，练习在水下的稳定性，动作衔接的流畅性，眼睛在水中睁开的适应性，还有憋气的时长……”

她50秒才换一次气，还要在水中保持舞姿优美流畅。在水中为了控制面部表情，她眼睛都泡得发红，甚至直接冷到流鼻血。

但再苦她觉得都值得：“一直特别喜欢我们的传统文化，能以一技之长还原千年前的中华精粹是我的荣幸。”

值得一提的是，这位有着极强肺活量的舞者，曾是花样游泳运动员，代表广州队屡获全国青少年花样游泳锦标赛团体冠军。

Behind the amazing performance was the hard work of the actors and the creative team. According to the director, dancer He spent 26 hours underwater to finish the shooting.

He, a former synchronized swimmer, wrote about the arduous filming process. She took a breath every 50 seconds and had to maintain graceful and fluid dance movements in the water while controlling her facial expression, even as her eyes reddened and nose bled in the cold.

归根到底，优秀的文艺作品，根植于中华5000余年的传统文化，期待下一个“出圈”的优秀作品！
