近日，美国无人机操控员杰克·墨菲向媒体披露了美国无人机在阿富汗执行任务的视频，这些视频记录了2019年的多起美军无人机空袭导致阿富汗无辜平民死亡的现场。遭无人机空袭的阿富汗平民中包括妇女与儿童。

In war, people always pay the highest price. Since the U.S. troops invaded Afghanistan to topple the Taliban in 2001, an estimated 241,000 people have lost their lives. 

They have included military and armed forces from the different warring factions, but also civilians, journalists, and aid workers.

美军对阿富汗人喷射

胡椒喷雾30到60分钟

阿富汗前警察卡科·坎大哈里也曾蒙冤入狱并在监狱中遭到美军虐待。坎大哈里说，美军对他们“喷射胡椒喷雾，每次持续大约30到60分钟”。尽管最后被证明是无辜的，但这些蒙冤入狱并惨遭折磨的阿富汗人却并没有获得美国方面的任何赔偿。

坎大哈里说：“美军当年入侵阿富汗时，肆意抓捕阿富汗人民，并把他们送进监狱。美军根本不知道那些人是谁，到底是不是真的犯了罪。美军还轰炸了附近的一个村子，当时那里正在举行婚礼……”

Hundreds of thousands of more civilians have died due to hunger, disease, and injury caused by the devastating war. According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, Afghanistan remains amongst the "deadliest places in the world to be a civilian."

Among civilians, women and kids were not spared from death, injury and disease. A UN report showed 2020 marked the highest number of women and children casualties recorded in a single year since 2009.

阿富汗人回忆美军暴行

入侵阿富汗的这些年，美军不乏强闯民宅、肆意搜捕，甚至射杀平民的暴行，给阿富汗人民造成了巨大的创伤。一些无辜的阿富汗人被美军抓捕之后，遭受到了非人的虐待和折磨。一位名叫哈吉·加利卜的前阿富汗官员就曾经历过这样噩梦般的牢狱之灾。

美军闯入了他的办公室，以涉嫌与恐怖主义相关理由逮捕了哈吉·加利卜。

哈吉·加利卜说，“美军捏造了指控，说我与基地组织有联系。他们逮捕了我，还指控我与塔利班是一伙的。”

Afghanistan has a population of some 35 million people, but millions are internally displaced. Millions more have had to seek safety beyond the country's borders over the years, with the majority living in Iran and Pakistan as refugees. Afghans remain the world's third-highest forcibly displaced people after Syrians and Venezuelans.

阿富汗储备粮或仅能撑到9月

美国的临时撤军，始乱终弃。美国扶植的阿富汗傀儡政府治国无方，使得阿富汗人民在这片多灾多难的土地上，受尽苦难。

由于多国在喀布尔国际机场上演“大逃亡”，民用飞机无法降落，接受粮食援助的“输血管”被切断。

目前阿富汗储备的粮食，估计勉强能撑到9月。由于机场实施飞行管制，救援物资难以运入阿富汗。世界卫生组织23日表示，包括手术设备及营养补给品在内的500吨医疗物资无法运到阿富汗。该机构正通过4种路线向阿运送粮食，但仅半数物资送达。冬天即将来临，道路会被大雪覆盖，必须尽快把粮食放进仓库。

目前阿富汗储备有约2万吨粮食，估计勉强能撑到9月，若要撑到12月底还需要5万4千吨。

America's temporary withdrawal was in a mess. The Afghanistan government supported by the U.S. has mismanaged the country, which leads the Afghan people to suffer in an endless disaster.

As many countries were starting a "great escape" at Kabul International Airport, civilian planes could not land, and the way for transferring food aid was cut.

Currently, Afghanistan has about 20,000 tons of food in reserve, which is estimated to barely last until September. The nation requires at least 54,000 tons of food to survive until the end of December.
