Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid announced the names of some of the key members of the new Afghan government at a press conference on Tuesday.
阿富汗塔利班发言人穆贾希德7日在喀布尔举行的记者会上表示，塔利班决定组建临时政府，并公布了临时政府的基本架构和主要成员。其中，穆罕默德·哈桑担任代理总理，阿卜杜勒·加尼·巴拉达尔担任代理副总理，阿卜杜·萨拉姆·哈纳菲任代理第二副总理。此外，西拉杰丁·哈卡尼出任代理内政部长，穆罕默德·雅各布出任代理国防部长，阿米尔·汗·穆塔基出任代理外交部长。
穆贾希德在新闻发布会上说，所有政府成员的任命都以代理身份进行。他同时强调，未来阿富汗所有阶层在新政府当中都将有其地位。
Taliban's military chief Mullah Mohammad Yaqoob, son of the late Taliban co-founder Mullah Mohammad Omar, has been appointed as the acting defense minister. The word emir refers to the "supreme commander" in Arabic and is still the title for monarchs of Qatar and Kuwait. 对此，外交部发言人汪文斌8日在记者会上表示，中方重视阿富汗塔利班方面宣布成立临时政府及一些重要人事安排，这结束了阿富汗长达三周多的无政府状态，是阿恢复国内秩序和战后重建的必要一步。我们也注意到阿塔方面表示，成立临时政府是为了尽快恢复社会和经济秩序。
