日本自民党新总裁岸田文雄4日在临时国会众议院和参议院首相指名选举中，当选日本第100任首相。

选举结果公布后，岸田发表演讲称，日本应努力建立一种新形式资本主义，以缩小因新冠疫情而恶化的收入差距。

他还计划在年末之前制定数十万亿日元规模的经济刺激计划。
