京剧练习生第3集:李龙的京剧基本功训练日

本集中,李龙为了最后的公演正式开始练习基本功。师傅朱凌宇是国家京剧院的演员,他教给李龙三种压腿方式,压正腿、压十字腿和压旁腿。练习每一种压腿,李龙都需要保持至少10秒钟,并用脚尖够脑袋,以提高身体柔软度。除此之外,李龙还需要学习一些简单的京剧动作以及接受眼神训练。挑战越来越大,李龙能够坚持下来吗?戳视频,看李龙的表现。



Beginnings are always hard but they take on a special kind of difficulty when you include stretching exercises and a very stiff body. In Episode 3 of "Mission 100," Nadim officially begins physical training for Peking Opera as part of his 100-day journey to learn this traditional Chinese theatrical form. He has his tracksuit on and is ready to get to business, but even the basics are making him break into a sweat!
