当地时间3月8日，美国白宫在其网站上发表声明，称美国总统拜登正式签署了禁止美国从俄罗斯进口能源的行政令。
声明中详细介绍了这项行政令的内容，其中包括：禁止进口俄罗斯原油和某些石油产品、液化天然气和煤炭；禁止美国对俄罗斯能源部门的新投资；禁止美国人资助或支持在俄罗斯投资能源公司等。
U.S. President Joe Biden signed an executive order banning imports of Russian oil, liquefied natural gas and coal to the U.S., the White House said on Tuesday.
The executive order will also prohibit Americans from financing or enabling foreign companies that are making investments to produce energy in Russia, the White House said, adding it also bans new U.S. investment in Russia's energy sector.
The imposition of an energy embargo was taken in response to Russia's military operations in Ukraine.
