在近日召开的国际原子能机构第66届大会上，美英澳企图将核潜艇合作“合法化”的修正案被中方彻底打掉。美英澳三边安全伙伴关系（“奥库斯”）披着所谓“海军动力堆”的外衣，难以掩盖其核扩散的险恶本质。此举将严重破坏亚太地区安全与稳定。
An amendment proposed by the U.S., the UK and Australia for legalizing their nuclear-submarine cooperation at the 66th annual International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) General Conference was thwarted by the Chinese mission. The trio, also known as AUKUS, having the naval reactor programs as cover for developing nuclear weapons, is bound to severely damage the security and stability of the Asia-Pacific region.
