万事网联公司获得中国人民银行核发的银行卡清算业务许可证、中美恢复多条直飞航班、博通获中国监管机构批准完成对VMWare的收购……高水平开放需要中国与世界的接触。这一进程离不开与美国的互动。自11月15日中美元首会晤以来，中国在多领域中迅速采取行动，兑现承诺。修复中美关系需要更多的努力和更具体的行动。只要双方相向而行，我们就可以期待这样的合作趋势持续下去。

Mastercard's Chinese joint venture's application to conduct bank card clearing operations in China has been approved; a number of direct flights between China and the U.S. have resumed; Boradcom's deal for VMWare has gotten approval from Chinese regulators. Since the China-U.S. leaders' summit on November 15, China has demonstrated its willingness to fulfill and act fast on its promises across many fields. High-standard opening up requires China's engagement with the world, but if you engage with the world, you can't bypass the U.S. Fixing the China-U.S. relationship requires more effort and more concrete action. And as long as the conditions are right, we can expect this trend to continue.
