Win tickets to Isaac Gracie's sold-out Beijing show this week

TimeOutBeijing 2019-05-16

Enter now for your last chance to catch the English crooner live in the capital

English musician Isaac Gracie grew up singing in a choir in London, before turning his hand to songwriting at the ripe old age of 14. In 2015, he made waves with 'Last Words,' a moody lo-fi acoustic track that recalled elements of Jeff Buckley's dark-toned folk-rock, before releasing his debut EP, Songs From My Bedroom, which would go on to generate enough buzz to score him a deal with Virgin EMI Records.

Now a major rising star, Gracie's eponymous debut album, released just last year, has since garnered the 24-year-old singer-songwriter plenty of acclaim. Indeed, tickets to both his Beijing and Shanghai shows have been sold out for weeks now – making this competition quite possibly your final, and only, chance to still nab tickets and catch him live.

To win one of two pairs of tickets for you and a plus one, simply share this blog on your WeChat moments with the text 'Time Out Beijing, take me to Isaac Gracie!', then send a screenshot of your moments to our WeChat account (TimeOutBeijingEN) with your full name, phone number and WeChat ID (so we can get in contact with you later). Entries must be in by 11.59pm on Tuesday April 23, and winners will be notified on Wednesday morning.

In the meantime though, get acquainted with the singer-songwriter by watching Gracie's stirring live performance of 'Reverie' below.

Isaac Gracie plays his sold-out show at Tango on Thursday April 25 at 8pm.

Tango 79 Hepingli Xi Jie, Dongcheng district.
