Philadelphia based Nothing are so damn loud. In the case of many artists, the volume stems from a preoccupation with negativity, misanthropy and the human condition, drawn from the band's own personal experiences. Aerospace Chinese Music Chamber Orchestra

Aerospace Chinese Music Chamber Orchestra is well-known in the circle of a Chinese chamber orchestra with Director Liu Ya and Conductor Shen Hao. The orchestra was founded in 2007, with excellent Chinese and foreign music performers from Central Conservatory of Music and China Conservatory of Music.

Sir András Schiff

Since 2004 Sir András has performed the complete Beethoven Piano Sonatas in over 20 cities, including Zurich where the cycle was recorded live for ECM. Sir András Schiff's ambition is to present Cappella Andrea Barca in a way that allows the ensemble to prove themselves in soloist and chamber music formations, which is something that most established orchestras will struggle to achieve.



The Railway to Tibet

This story dates back to 2007 when the Qinghai-Tibet Railway line was under construction. Bulldozers, drilling rigs, cranes and other large-sized machinery and equipment march slowly up from a distance on the horizon. Under tumultuous background noise, a group of railway builders arrive at the foot of the mountain and break ground for a new tunnel.

Songs of Lear

Songs of Lear had its international premiere during Fringe Festival in Edinburgh in August 2012, where it received three prestigious awards. It is a non-linear dramatic music event and is performed as a choral song cycle, revealing the subtle energies and rhythms that govern Shakespeare’s tragedy.

Le Rouge et le Noir

Brought to the stage, Le Rouge et le Noir is a historical psychological novel in two volumes by Henri Beyle Stendhal, published in 1830. It chronicles the attempts of a provincial young man to rise beyond his modest upbringing through a combination of talent, hard work, deception, and hypocrisy. He ultimately allows his passions to betray him.

Wavelength: Made in Illusion

Following the first cooperation in 2017, Wavelength will once again join hands with Beijing Times Art Museum to usher in a comprehensive conversation into 'How Art Discusses Consumer Culture'.
