Where to score free-flow booze and more to keep you and your gal pals happy in Beijing


Girls just wanna have fun-damental human rights. But sometimes also just fun. Next time the mood strikes, assemble your best squad and hit up one of these female-friendly fiestas of bubbly, cocktails and live music. #NoBoysAllowed.


Beersmith Gastropub

Hotel Jen’s sleek gastropub boasts a packed crowd of thirsty suits on even the most mundane of days, but its ladies' night is another beast altogether. After taking a temporary hiatus, its booze-laden Wednesday night is now alive and kickin' again. Keeping things rolling into the wee hours, it features three hours of free free-flow on beers, ciders and hard seltzers, including easy-drinking favourites like the lychee wheat ale and cherry hard seltzers.


Every Wednesday, 10pm-1am (free entry).


 First Floor, Hotel Jen Beijing, 1 Jianguomenwai Dajie, Chaoyang district (8647 1098). 

11am-2am Mon-Thur, Sun; 11am-3am Fri-Sat.  


Mei Bar



Widely considered the gold standard of ladies' nights, the Rosewood's ultra-luxe evening features two hours of complimentary free-flow champagne for the ladies. Inspired by the glitz and glamour of Paris at the turn of the twentieth century, this one's worth getting dressed up for – just make sure you book in advance. 


Every Thursday, 8-10pm (free entry).

Turkish Feast

Turkish Feast, the charming Turkish joint nestled in the same bustle of Bottega and Q Mex in Xinyuanli is a well-kept little gem of a secret. Launching their ladies' night just in time for summer, it offers three hours of free-flow cocktails (100RMB per person). Choose from a diverse drink list, from sangria, pina colada, mojito, margarita, Moscow mule, Irish ginger to their special, turca – a boozy take on the Turkish coffee mixed with vodka, hazelnut liqueur, and cinnamon.

Every Thursday, 6-8pm (100RMB per person).

Top Tapas and Top Bar

The swanky Top Bar at InterContinental is getting in on the action by offering complimentary free-flow margaritas to the ladies. With awesome terraces to boot, gather the glam squad and look down on the Sanlitun hoi polloi as you live it up. For reservation, add MissInterCon on WeChat.
