9月15日We hereby present a questionnaire whereby you can contribute your ideas to the 14th Five-Year Plan for Xicheng District (hereinafter referred to as the district), allowing us to better understand the demands of our people, pool their minds for the common good, make our planning more transparent and accessible to a wider range of the society, and hammer out the 14th Five-Year Plan for the district, the first five-year plan that marks the beginning of China's endeavour to embark upon a new journey to a socialist modern country in all respects spanning from 2021 to 2025.
Please fill out the questionnaire by putting forward your expectations, demands, and recommendations in regards to the develop ment of the district as part of your contribution to building the district as the core area of the capital, which would take you several minutes.
