La Creperie is a classic spot for Crepe lovers. "La Sexy Suzette" is a liqueur-drenched dishe from France. It’s a classic with a twist; no orange marmalade in this version. More exotic and acidulous, it is puffed with homemade lemon cream and topped with mango ice cream. Then, the crepe is “flambéed”. This impressive process requires a dousing of Grand Marnier on the dessert and a light to make it flame up. The flames burns the flammable alcohol, and only a thick, caramelised sauce remains. RMB 62 for this tableside performance.
