What is it: Tequilla + Grapefruit soda.

Fun fact: “La Paloma” is Spanish for "dove"

How to make it pop:

The simplest form of this uses grapefruit soda, but a great alternative is to use soda water and freshly squeeze your own grapefruit juice. You can also add a dash of honey, and/or a little fresh squeezed lime juice. Salt around this rim is optional.

2. DARK AND STORMY

What is it: Gin + Mezcal + Lime juice + Agave + Cold brew coffee + hibiscus petals

Fun fact: This is the signature drink of Lieblings Bar, in Hannover, Germany.

How to make it pop:

The pink color comes from dried hibiscus leaves (so you better have those if you want yours to look like this).

Bonus instructions:

This one is actually a bit more complicated than the others, so here’s how to make it exactly:

In a shaker, add 1 oz. Mezcal, 1 oz. lime juice, 1 oz. agave syrup, dried hibiscus petals and ice.

Strain into a glass over fresh ice and splash 1 oz. of cold brew coffee on top. Garnish with a lime and BOOM.
