Here though, we’ve compiled a list to make it as effortless and convenient for you as possible, with competitive prices to boot! All you need is a Wechat account and a mouth. We tried it all, from to A to Z, and even asked a chef to check the quality of the products. So dig in!

Daily Needs

Your new F&B supplier, enclosed in your phone.

How do you add Dailyneeds on Wechat? “Add contacts”, search for DailyDeeds and check their account!

WHO ARE THEY

Do you know about Petali? If you are a F&B person, you certainly will. Petali is an importer and supplier of Italian food ( meat, cheese, sausage, wine…). They’ve been working in China for 10 years and probably sell their products to your favorite Italian restaurant (see their list of clientelle). So you’ve probably been enjoying their products for years! Dailyneed is the Pelati’s equivalent dedicated to serving the regular customer as opposed to the big restaurants.

Why are they different?

• They are importers so they can guarantee you the best offer

• They have completely transparent and verified food traceability.

• The best chefs are already using their products, so you can rest assured of the quality

What they sell:

WE TRIED DAILYNEEDS

Is the quality really worth it? We let Da Marco’s executive chef decide by giving him basic ingredients with one rule -“to create a simple dish our readers can make at home”. Why? Because we wanted to ensure that the ingredients are of the calibre befitting their reputation. And when it comes to preparing food and not eating it…that’s best left to the experts!

Ingredients used:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Molinazzo” Bio Biancolilla RMB 238 0.5 L

Dried Ciliegino Tomatos 1Kg RMB 210

Tomato Sauce Ciliegino RMB 114 2Kg

Pasta Gentile 500Gr RMB 49

Beer Anima RMB 58 0.5 L

Mediterranean cuisine uses olive oil as a base in all of their cooking processes. So the quality and taste of this was integral to the whole dish’s quality.

To enhance the taste of your dish you can add 100ml of Beer while you pan the other ingredients.

Simultaneously boil water and cook pasta until tender, then add them into the pan and lower the heat.

And there you go! Seafood pasta, with saline pinches and sweet dried tomatoes. As you can see, getting a tasty dish doesn’t require much more than the right ingredients and a pinch of creativity. We found the ingredients, the rest is up to you!
