[TRAFFIC ALERT] New Road Connects Baoshan and Jing'an District

Life just got a little bit easier for those commuting between Baoshan District and Jing’an. Kangning Road, opened May 21st, connects the two districts directly. The 1.7 kilometer road was completed on May 19th, and has Guihua Baode Road at its South end and Changjiang West Road at its North.
