[METRO NEWS] Changes Coming to Line 13 Schedule Saturday
Shanghai Metro has announced some schedule changes to Line 13, which will go into effect this Satuday. Riders can expect shorter wait times for trains and extended hours of operation.
According to the new timetable, during the morning rush hour (7:30-9:30am), Line 13 will add 3 trains to its operation, shortening the interval from approximately 5 minutes to 4. Trains will also be added during evening rush hour (5-7:30pm), when Line 13 will add 2 trains, shortening the interval from almost 6 minutes to 5.
During the common hours, the train interval remains 7 minutes.
As for operation extension, the departure time of the first train from Jinyun Road will extend operation by 22 minutes and Shibo Avenue will extend by 39 minutes.
