Fu 1015
Won the “Asian Best 50” award for 2 years in a row
The restaurant is a located in a family home with huge gardens and terraces, featuring the traditional old Shanghai art deco design. In 2012 and 2013, it won the “Asian Best 50” award.
The owner, Fu Yafen, said that the idea behind this restaurant is to give customers a sense of the way the old Shanghainese used to live. There are plenty of pork dishes on the menu, which is one of the key ingredients in old Shanghai cuisine.
