Lettres Du Voyant: Joseph Beuys X Nam June Paik

By Joseph Beuys (1921 – 1986) and Nam June Paik (1932 – 2006), this highly-anticipated exhibition looks into the beauty of their art in the 20th Century as well as their close friendship in the Fluxus art movement.

Tadao Ando: Leading

A perfect combination of design and space, Tadao Ando hopes to create a multi-sensory art exhibition experience for all. It will be Ando’s first exhibition where he hosts some of his old architecture works. 


Bazaar 150th Anniversary Fashion Exhibition

Capturing Bazaar’s fashion history through 6 articles, expect clips, clothing, art, decor and more in this epic exhibition. The exhibition hopes to bring the voice of a new-generation of female, and will include Coco Chanel’s stunning video reel, Pipilotti Rist art, Xu Longsen drawings and more.


Magnificence of Art Deco (II) by Gaston Suisse: Master of Lacquer

A one-of-a-kind exhibition, this is the first exhibition in China which showcases Master of Lacquer, Gaston Suisse’s, art pieces made in the 1930s. 


[PSA Exhibition] Superstudio 50 years

 


When: 16 December 2017 – 11 March 2018

Where: Power Station of Art, 200 Huayuangang Lu

Price: RMB 60

 

Italian architect team Superstudio’s first exhibition in Asia. The exhibition showcases around 200 designs, drawings, blueprint, clips and more from the team’s career from 1966 to the 1980s. 


Bijoux en jeu - Swiss Contemporary Jewelry Design

 


When: 14 December 2017 – 4 March 2018

Where: Power Station of Art, 200 Huayuangang Lu

Price: Free

 

Using shapes, decor, utility, description and creation, the exhibition showcases close to 300 accessory designs and pieces from 1960s to today. The exhibition was previously shown in Barcelona, Spain and Basel, Switzerland, before making its third stop in Shanghai.

The photography exhibition will be focused on the ArtDeco Architecture theme and will introduce famous architects’ works done during and beyond the era. 


Red Truth - Salvo Pastorello

The Red Truth by Sicilia-born philosopher cum artist, Salvo Pastorello, is based on Salvo’s personal stories and his natural sensitivity to colors. 


Voyage: A Journey Through Contemporary Serbian Art

Providing a presentation of contemporary Serbian art, Voyage is an art exhibition put together by 9 international artists.


Micromania: Modern Art Gallery

A collaboration between Israeli and German artist, Attai Chen, and German artist, Carnina Shoshtary, Micromania marks the first exhibition between the two rising talents. 


Matt Saunders Exhibition

Saunder’s first China exhibition, this will showcase the artist’s latest works, including a multi-screen movie clip, drawings and a fresh collection of Saunder’s own large-scale photography.


Mandala and Wild Birds: Art Jewelry

Reflection of The Layer: Ryuta Suzuki

Serving as the basis and focus of the exhibition, Japanese artist Ryuta Suzuki hopes to reflect the concept of layering through screen printing, allowing viewers to see each artwork by their layers and the exhibition as a larger layer above it all.
