2018-03-05 Cristina Ng ShanghaiWOWeng

There are many reasons you might want to go meatless. Maybe you are interested in the health benefits of consuming less animal products? Perhaps you are scaling down meat consumption in order to reduce your carbon footprint?  You might be considering a switch to a vegetarian or vegan diet, but need a way to ease into a new lifestyle. Or maybe you just love vegetables! In any case, we have rounded up a selection of meals from some of our favorite Shanghai restaurants to help you reach your meatless goals.
