8 Top Things to Do This Weekend
It’s another one of those weird holiday weekends, with Saturday being a public working day followed by three days off. Don’t let the funky schedule dampen your fun though! From street food pop-ups to huge electronic music festivals, Shanghai has it all this weekend. Here’s our rundown:
Street Food Pop-Up @ Hutong School

Carhartt WIP Presents China Social Club x NTS Radio Live from Shanghai 2nd Birthday at Dada. For the two-year anniversary party, China Social Club have curated a stacked line up including Meuko! Meuko! (Live) from Taiwan; Genome 6.66 Mbp member, Hyph11e; underground Hip Hop artist Nengnen + DJ-B-Side (Live); and outer national DJ HYMN to join China Social Club’s Frau and PCJ.

Two-Year Anniversary Bash @ Celia

Celia has somehow made it to two years old (that’s about 24 in Shanghai club years). To celebrate they’ll be doing what they usually do: funky DJs and deep house music well into the night.

FEAST Festival 2018

FEAST is back! As the first public event on the rooftop of the centrally-located new mall HKRI Taikoo Hui, this year's event will take place from 12pm-8pm over the April 29th-30th holiday weekend to celebrate the 'Future of Food' by showcasing Shanghai's most cutting-edge and rising talent. There will be a wine + beer garden from some of Shanghai's most beloved brands, coffee from a new boutique roaster, and more! Just like last year, they will have entertainment throughout both days, including the return of the notorious Iron Chef competition. This year, the fun and festivities will continue into the night with an after-party at Cinker Pictures!
