"Neighborhood tours" was the most searched-for term on the Mafengwo platform, as well as Disney, the Huangpu River, sightseeing and more. But on a further note, the research also goes to show that when tourists plan to visit Shanghai, they're most concerned about Shanghai's surroundings locations such as Zhujiajie and Qibao Ancient Town.
In addition, a large proportion of the tourists travelling to Shanghai are parents taking their children with them. They focus on children's attractions, such as Disneyland, Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, Natural History Museum, Shanghai Zoo and Shanghai Ocean Aquarium.
