The total investment of the project is about 40 billion Hong Kong dollars, and the project has a total development area of about 940,000 ㎡.

The project is located in Zhenru City and has a total construction area of 220,000 ㎡.

There will be famous brands, a large digital cinema, multiple performance venues, and a large double-decker carousel in the atrium.
Approximately 100,000 ㎡ will be used for dining and will feature various international dining and entertainment brands.

The London Town project covers an area of 100,000 ㎡ and has a total construction area of 560,000 ㎡.
The project is positioned as a comprehensive cultural and tourism town, with 18 British architectural complexes that have been planned.
According to the original plan, the first phase plans to invest more than RMB 10 billion, and there will also be a shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland.
At present, the interior of the project has been basically completed.

West Bund Financial City is investing about RMB 60 billion in this upcoming project developed and operated by Hongkong Land.
The project sits on the 1.4 km shoreline of the Huangpu River and has a total construction area of about 1.8 million ㎡.
It includes approximately 660,000 ㎡ office buildings, 170,000 ㎡ residences, two hotels, a nearly 100,000 ㎡ green park, and 210,000 ㎡ commercial areas.

It will feature the world's leading luxury retail flagship stores, and there will be a world art exhibition center that spans 40,000 ㎡.
West Bund Financial Hub will become a new world-class waterfront resorts in the future.
