Starting from 0:00 on April 2, in addition to a negative nucleic acid test report from within 48 hours, those leaving Shanghai must also provide a negative antigen test certificate from within 24 hours. Citizens can upload pictures of antigen test results through the "疫测达" WeChat mini program, and the result will be able to be found on the health code page. All the airports, wharfs, railway stations and highways in the city will check both nucleic acid and antigen test results for people who try to leave.
For those unable to provide relevant certification materials for nucleic acid and antigen testing, they will not be allowed to leave Shanghai.
