Shanghai Allows 666 Manufactures to Restart Production
On the evening of the 16th, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization issued the “guideline for the resumption of work and production of industrial enterprises in Shanghai”.
This move aims to effectively and orderly promote the resumption of work and production of enterprises and ensure the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain.
A “Whitelist” of Key Enterprises
A "whitelist" including 666 key enterprises has been released, mainly in integrated circuits, automobile manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, biomedicine, etc.
SAIC MOTOR will start preproduction load test on April 18th. Tesla has also notified employees to get ready to resume work next week.
Daily Nucleic Acid Test Is Required
According to the guideline, all employees who resume work are required to have an antigen test in the morning and a nucleic acid test in the evening every day.
Enterprises need to implement classified management to different areas such as the factory entrance, production area, living area, bathroom, waste disposal site, and public area.
Special routes and fixed sites need be set up for daily supplies to enter, and they should be isolated from other areas. The drivers must have negative nucleic acid test reports from within 48 hours or negative antigen test reports from with 24 hours.
