Today, Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Shanghai Public Security Bureau announces a “green passage” to urgently apply for exit-entry documents during the epidemic. Here are the details.

For those who really need to leave the country due to urgent and necessary reasons such as the approaching of new semester, visiting critically ill patients, going to a funeral, participating in major pandemic control projects, etc., the bureau will provide a “green passage” for document application.

How to Apply

Negative Nucleic Acid Test Report Required

To apply, please call 12367. The staff will have a preliminary review and tell the appointment time to those who pass the review.

After making an appointment, please bring all relevant documents and supporting materials to No. 1500, Minsheng Road, Pudong New Area. Health code, travel code, and a negative nucleic acid test report from within 24 hours are required.
