有的人这样转念：“我不能挂碍，不能贪着。”这不是生起出离心，这是控制自心。“生起”是相续中自然就有的。你要明白轮回、深信轮回，才会生起真正的出离心。

72、无常分两种：一个是粗大相续之无常；一个是细微刹那之无常。刹那无常和空性是一个道理，真正明白了这个道理，才能证悟空性。证悟无常，是证悟空性的因。

72. Impermanence has two types: one is big and continuous impermanence and the other one is tiny and instant impermanence. The truth of instant impermanence is the same as emptiness, which means if you can understand instant impermanence, then you can get the meaning of emptiness. Understanding impermanence is the precondition of understanding the emptiness.
