Update: Elevator to stay open on Xinle Lu for three more months

Many of us were let down when a couple weeks ago Elevator announced that it would be closing down on Xinle Lu and relocating. It
turns out that Elevator's lease there has been given a three-month extension,
so it won't be closing on Tuesday 18 afterall.
'Forgive us for playing
with your hearts (ours are going crazy) and promise we won't do this
again,' reads the statement on their official WeChat account. Needless to say, they are forgiven. But also we're hoping that one day they'll open a new venue called 'Escalator'. Either way, good news for party people!
