Get ready for rain and a sharp temperature drop this week

It was surprisingly warm today, and the temperature is predicted to remain just as high tomorrow, according to The Paper. However, Wednesday will see the highest temperature plummeting to 8C and the lowest falling to as low as 5C accompanied by strong winds, followed by rain throughout the weekend.

Meteorologists told eastday.com that this weather is rare for this time of the year – the temperatures of cities in the middle and downstream of the Yangtze River are 10 degrees higher than average.

So for those who mistake the warmth as the indicator of spring, remember to dress warm, take an umbrella along and not to catch a cold.
