Dutch Jazz Singer Laura Fygi Collaborates with Chinese Actress Zhou Xun,
Rerecording Louis Armstrong’s Golden Hit
“What A Wonderful World”, singing the classics of the beautiful world, was sung by the famous American jazz singer, Louis Armstrong. Chinese actress Zhou Xun was invited by Dutch jazz singer/JZ Music signed artist Laura Fygi to sing this classic century song.
JZ Music assembled the best jazz musicians in Asia, based on the preservation of the original songs, the cover has been re-sanded. This is the first time Zhou Xun has tried to perform jazz songs after debuting for many years. It is a brand new experience for her, and she hopes to bring different feelings to audience. Zhou Xun chose his old friend Radio Mars to control the whole process for recording and the production of single. Lots of fans surprise to this cooperation after a dozen years. Zhou Xun said: "Actually I’d like to sing jazz for a long time, and one day suddenly there’s a collaboration. I feel like in a dream that I work with such superior jazz musicians and it’s such a good song. I’m glad to say, ‘life is like a dream.’ It’s right."
