China has developed new motion-sensing virtual reality glasses that give game players immersive 3D experiences.

The glasses were developed by the optical research institute under the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Xi'an, capital of northwest China's Shaanxi Province.

A chip installed in the glasses’ headset helps sense the motions of the wearer, allowing for interaction between the person and the digital surrounding.

The new product will soon be listed on kickstarter.com, the world's largest funding platform for creative projects, for crowd funding.
